“As this is a proper English café; I think it prudent to say I am "chuffed to bits" that someone finally opened a new coffee shop/bakery in Pleasant Garden. The baked goods are delicious, and the coffee is also delicious! There is nothing negative to say about my experience. I have only called Pleasant Garden home for four years, but this small town keeps getting better and better. I will be back to visit The English Rose Bake Shop for sure.“

“What is there not to like about the Mellow Mushroom. Great food & service! The only drawback is the noise level. Excess noise can easily be diffused through simple fabric noise canceling flags draped from the ceiling. It's inexpensive and easy to do!Vegetarian options: Just ask and they are very accommodating!“

The vanilla was exquisite. The chocolate one was not as decadent as I expected, but there are several chocolate variations, so I recommend asking about the richest ones if you’re a chocoholic.I appreciate that small cups of ice water are available for free from a self-serve tap in the dining room.Kid-friendliness: There is a book nook for kids as well as a jigsaw puzzle, but the atmosphere is overwhelmingly adult-oriented.“

We had a traditional wedding cake, mini cupcakes, and banana pudding cups - Everything was so delicious and beautifully decorated! they delivered it all to the wedding venue on time, and were such a pleasure to work with leading up to the event and very responsive via email. They even gave us a free 1 year wedding anniversary cake too! This bakery is simply a must try!“

The staff is consistently attentive, and the food always comes out quickly and incredibly fresh. This time, we visited during happy hour and enjoyed delicious eight-dollar cocktails. My favorite menu item is a tough choice between the chicken lettuce wraps with their divine sauce and the Mongolian beef, which is so tender and full of flavor. The ambience of the restaurant is exceptional, with its dim lighting that creates a relaxing yet sophisticated atmosphere. I will forever be a ride-or-die fan of P.F. Chang's. They deserve every ounce of praise for what they do!“
