“As this is a proper English café; I think it prudent to say I am "chuffed to bits" that someone finally opened a new coffee shop/bakery in Pleasant Garden. The baked goods are delicious, and the coffee is also delicious! There is nothing negative to say about my experience. I have only called Pleasant Garden home for four years, but this small town keeps getting better and better. I will be back to visit The English Rose Bake Shop for sure.“

“I'm very picky about my cookies, I love homemade cookies more. But this cornbread cookie from Crumbl was delicious, I went and got this cookie 2 more times lol. Fast service I ordered drive up the young lady was soooo sweet, I was greeted with a compliment and had such a warm smile. I love great customer service because I love to tip people who make my time memorable. Great vibe when this cookie comes back I suggest you all try it!!! No too sweet taste exactly like real cornbread. Only reason they got 4stars is because some of the other cookies aren't that good.“

Several intimate spaces are designed for customers to linger: a children’s nook with a fireplace, a dining table with a jigsaw puzzle in progress, and cozy booths and a private room for deep conversations.I was craving cake, so I got a chocolate cupcake and a vanilla cupcake. The vanilla was exquisite. The chocolate one was not as decadent as I expected, but there are several chocolate variations, so I recommend asking about the richest ones if you’re a chocoholic.I appreciate that small cups of ice water are available for free from a self-serve tap in the dining room.Kid-friendliness: There is a book nook for kids as well as a jigsaw puzzle, but the atmosphere is overwhelmingly adult-oriented.“

“The staff were friendly. This is a such a cute shop. As you walk in take in their community board off to the left. They let you sample three flavors. I was sold on coffee. I decided on a cup, but my next visit, I am going to try a cone. Check out was easy and I chose to take my ice cream outside in the park area. They have a freezer with quart tubs of ice cream and ice cream cakes. Be mindful that the big glass doors in the back of the shop are closed and don't tamper with them. I think the signage could be a little bigger because countless people were trying to barge through the doors lol. This is a cute spot in Friendly and I'll definitely bring the kiddos back.“

“Stopped by "Juice Shop" in Greensboro right near Battleground Ave and Sunset Drive on 18 Aug 23. Being my first visit, I asked which Smoothie they would suggest, and for me they suggested the Razzmatazz Smoothie. It was a fantastic blend of Raspberry juice, Strawberries, Banana and Raspberry Sherbet! The Razzmatazz Smoothie tasted SO GOOD!! These gals were working hard and each gal was smiling while they made sure that everyone gets the Smoothie that they want quickly! There were around ten other customers while I was enjoying my smoothie, and all those customers got their smoothie before I finished mine! They need a TIP JAR! Bring some cash with you for the tip! A tip is the very best way you can show them you appreciate their hard work making your very own delicious smoothie!THANK YOU Juice Shop!!“

“The first time I went there I had my two boys. The young lady let me taste rose ice cream, yes real rose petals. I didn't buy it at that time. so, I made another trip took my daughter and my fiancé. I got my rose petal ice cream and loved it. We all got ice cream headed back to my car to eat. Then my fiancé asks me do I want some more? I looked at him and said no I'm full. I said, your going back to get more, he said yup. He then asks my daughter if she wants more, she says sure. They both go back in to get more. He comes back to let me know they have crown royal ice cream. I asked real liquor he said yes. I said well I will be back for that one. The ice cream is homemade and smooth. Best ice cream hands down. Go and try something different. They have lots to choose from.“

“Absolutely love this place! For me they serve the best mangonada in town. Fresh and tasty. What surprised me was they also serve more savory dishes, which lead me to buying their chorizo burrito. Best decision of my day because that burrito was some of the best Mexican food I've ever had. Don't be afraid if your Spanish is rusty. They also accommodate English speakers and can explain the menu items for you. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great spot for kids craving ice cream (my daughter loves the Miraculous Ladybug ice cream bars) if you are looking for something cold this summer season.“
