I usually get food from this Bojangles on my way home from work and the service is good. The staff is usually friendly, however today I came across such a rude young lady. She had red locks and a bad tone when speaking with me. I asked her about it and her response was “is your first time buying here?! that’s why we have a menu”. ?
Catina is the most amazing manager ever! She goes above and beyond to ensure that her customers are happy and made my day with correcting an issue I had. She is a true example of what great customer service looks like. Thank you Catina!!

You see a big difference...when you enter this BOJANGLES..in comparisonof the other premises located inCapital Boulevard Dealers Area...bad attention, poorly used in face.."0" Kindness...I even sent an Email to the Main Office of BOJANGLES stating my Complaint...attach a copy of the receipt and name of the person more than 3 or 4 months...no one answered.I don't understand how there are people with no empathy at all.good manners and respect for the Company that employs them...they...read full review
