Been 7 years since I last went to a firehouse subs and I was quickly reminded why I never went back. The sandwich was a 3/5 stars and the customer service was a 1/5. The lady didnt even say hello or anything just straight to "what can i get you?" No "hello" or "how is it going?" Just straight to business. The food was good as always the two people working looked like they did not want to be there and would have rather been elsewhere I hope that the staff is getting treated properly because from the looks of it they did not want to be there at all.

Half the time you get what you asked for here. It was not busy and I was the only one there. Not sure how you can mess up No lettuce and No onions but they did! Not worth the drive back, will be checking before leaving in the future. I remember now why we don't go here much. I had even given a tip. Never again! If you go here CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE.
