Horrible slow service —unprofessional employees at the check in, laughing at the customers. No order to the service when seated, got bumped at check in and at the table Food was only OK

We went last night, ordered our food and didn’t see the server until we got the check. I ate my food with no drink because of this. ☹️

The service is super and fast, with a very welcoming and lovely atmosphere. It is a favorite and a popular spot for special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries, offering awesome entertainment. The hibachi chef is super personable, very funny, and really entertaining. Guests love the show and the Rockin Lava Shrimp and Hibachi Steak are delicious, while the calamari extra crispy is also enjoyed. The food is standard and could be a bit better, and cleanliness would be appreciated as the floors are very slippery and fatty. Many guests return for repeat visits and highly recommend it.
