Thank you, Pizza Express, for saving the day! I ordered delivery for a class party at a local middle school after a different pizza place made a mistake with my order, and asked Pizza Express to rush my order. They had it delivered in the blink of an eye, and before the end of the class period. Crisis averted, and a huge thank you to Pizza Express!
My family considers it some of the best pizza in town. It's always a good sign when you can smell the dough rising, see the bags of flour and giant mixer in the back, and the people behind the counter are the owners. But you have to do something if you want your pizza from there to turn out as good as mine does, because there is a secret to it.
