Taco Bell in Raleigh

“Me and a friend stopped by after working up an appetite from rollerskating. My 1st choice was Wendy's, to try out their chicken tenders. We both agreed on Taco Bell due to the 3.3 rating. I ordered the crispy chicken soft tacos. I have to say...OMG! I didn't expect for it to be so good. That taco has renewed my faith in TB. I will b back for more!!“

“Ahh the legendary Taco Bell - the best known food to cure your munchies after a night out of drinking on a Friday night/Saturday morning. Also the bean burrito with extra beans works great as a laxative. Taco Bell is good but not great, and far from healthy. However, it holds a special place in my heart as I used to grab a shredded chicken burrito and bean burrito for my lunch break when I was pushing carts at target.“

“Aumari had thee best customer service. I explained I was visiting the US from Guam. She was like WHAT!!! While waiting on my food which was just a few minutes thru the drive thru. I had her look it up. She was amazed. 8000 miles away she made me feel like I was back in Guam. Hands down thee best service. Thank you Captial Blvd for making our late night experience memorable.“

“The staff members looked they enjoyed working there and were very upbeat and friendly. Seating area was clean and orderly. We ordered two bean burritos with assorted toppings from the kiosk and both were well-stuffed with each topping requested. Also ordered a potato taco with toppings which was well-made and tasty. Enjoyed the experience and recommend if you're in the area.“

“I get breakfast nearly everyday at this location as I work at the food lion right next door and I have to say LONNIE I believe she said her name is, is AWESOME! She always makes sure my coffee is made well, she always is very friendly and if there’s ever an issue she’s quick to let me know what’s going on.

“I didn't eat anything all day long because I have ADHD and was hyperfocusing. So I crawled myself to this Taco Bell because it was the only thing open at midnight. Andrew A. took my order and was so polite and kind. I don't deserve him, but he DOES deserve a raise. There is still good in this world. They were out of rice but I didn't care because Andrew A. offered to sub it for beans or potatoes. I chose potatoes.“

“Simply leaving this review in hopes the owner will see this. I came through the drive through late about 30 minutes before closing time. It was fairly busy with a couple cars in front and behind me. At first, things seemed to be running much slower than normal and I was getting a little impatient. When I was up to place my order Tyree had incredible customer service and immediately my mood changed. He apologized for the wait and informed me that they were trying out new store hours and were actually open a full hour past when they normally close. I think I only saw another 2 employees back there so pretty sure they were under staffed and I noticed some of their computer systems seemed to be shut down saying "Sorry we're closed" making their jobs even harder than normal. Tyree even offered a discount to make up for the wait which I declined as his positive attitude and amazing customer service completely made up for it. Not sure if Tyree is a manager or just an employee, but either way he deserves a raise.“

“This review specifically is for the shift that was working at 12:00 a.m. between November 1st and November 2nd.
Note I am a delivery driver.

The place was swamped some orders took 30-40 minutes to get out.

But I'm not complaining.

I want to give a shout out to that whole crew. They were killing it.

I've never seen a hustle like that in a long time and I'm over half a century old. They did everything they can to get those orders out and as fast and efficient as possible.

Especially I want to shout out to the guy who was handling the main Prep Station and calling out the names, I didn't get his name but that man deserves a raise.

To the Taco Bell management their your team there was awesome, maybe some people couldn't appreciate their work due to the swamped overload but I'm telling you I wish I had a team like that working for me.“

“BEST TACO BELL IN RALEIGH! My wife and I love this Taco Bell. We go out of our way to come to this one because it is far superior. The food is fresher, the portions are better, the customer service is always impeccable. While most fast food restaurants start to close everything down and stop taking orders 15 minutes before they close, this Taco Bell stays open and cooking all the way till close time. Saved our butts one day when we got there two minutes before closing one time., they stay open all the way to close.

I am thoroughly convinced, that if aliens ever come to earth and are trying to decide if humans are good or bad, that if they come to this Taco Bell, they will know that humans are super Duper wonderful!“

“I visited this location today. It was my first visit to any Taco Bell since before the pandemic!
So, I completely failed on the app and placed my order at an entirely other location. The folks inside were super kind and tried to help. Long story short the manager came over and after a brief chat solved my mistake. I was happy with my food and service going the extra mile. I wish I’d of gotten the manager’s name. It’s her store. Thanks!“
