At first I was given the wrong persons order and I didn't realize until I got all the way home so I called and they remade my order the following day no questions asked! I'm not sweating taking home the wrong order bc I know they were busy and mistakes happen were all human, but they really go above and beyond! Rhonda and her crew are amazing! The best customer service Ive received at a Wing Stop by a long shot! I live in Garner and almost every Wing Stop is remarkably unprofessional, dirty, and delayed compared to this establishment. Hats off to this location. Please, Wing Stop corporate, if you’re at all business adept, model your franchises after this location.

I walked in and placed my order to go and when I got home, the sauces were wrong. On a good note, they did not take long to have my food ready which is a big improvement from my past experiences. I would always hesitate to go there because of the wait times in the past.
