The waitress was great but took a while to get our food mins you it was NOT packed, also when the food got there my husbands onion rings was cold, we had ordered hushpuppies and didn’t get them until half way through our food the best part of it was the fries and ketchup was good!
It's an ok place. Slow to get served but employees are nice. Food could be better. And I was overcharged for my son's dinner. It didn't dawn on me until after I'd paid. He only had chicken pot pie and I was charged for chicken pot pie with 2 sided. It was "only" $2 more but I'm not wealthy so every penny counts. Should say quarter or dollar now, not penny. Lol

Visited Johnny's Barbecue last week to try some of their baby flounder. The restaurant was clean, wait staff pleasant and the fried flounder hot, crunchy and very tasty. I enjoyed the flounder, the delicious white slaw, slightly sweet hush-puppies and the billowy french fries. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience. To top it off, the owner visits each table to ensure customers are satisfied - doesn't get any better than that!
