“My partner and I were spending a wonderful Friday morning enjoying the nature over at Main Street Park in Rolesville. As lunch time began to approach, our stomachs began to croak. We hopped online to see what kinds of food were within the area, and we found What'z Cookin. After studying the menu, we decided to give it a shot. When we got there, the woman working the front counter greeted us with a huge smile and seemed very pleased to be taking our order. The process was quick, easy, and very professionally done. After a quick five minute wait, our food was ready, and boy oh boy did that bag of food smell good. I got an extra side of bbq sauce and we hit the road. I got a bbq sandwich and my partner got the fried chicken sandwich with fried okra on the side. My mouth was watering at the sight, and we scarfed it's down with the force of 1000 suns. This meal was the absolute perfect addition to our afternoon in Rolesville. Thanks so much to the wonderful team over at What'z Cookin for the great food and extremely pleasant experience. “This place is AMAZING - and we are SO lucky to have it right here!! I live in Knightdale, NC, and I work at another fine dining restaurant in Raleigh proper. Nothing against where I work, but The Depot prides itself on sourcing locally as much as possible (beef from Brasstown in Franklin, poultry & duck from Joyce Farms in Chapel Hill, fresh produce from Blue Sky Farms in Wendell) and presenting a fresh, chef-driven menu. These people CARE DEEPLY about what they're presenting you... Kevin in the kitchen as executive chef, Zach behind the bar with his knowledge of both classic and innovative cocktails, Chris as the FOH manager making sure you have a great experience... I'm always happy when I'm a late-in - or get cut early enough - at my restaurant so that I can stop by The Depot & have something sooo delicious close to home & chat with my industry peeps here. “I've had taco truck tacos from all over the US (NY, CA, TX, FL, etc...) and Central America. These tacos are legit, authentic, and delicious. Very nice owners as well. I will go see them again if I'm ever in the area. Great job ??“
“The food at JJ's has been consistently fresh, hot, and delicious. So far, I've tried Philly cheese steak, fries, and chicken cheese steak. It's a very short menu.The (owner?) is friendly and cooks pretty fast. And the sanitation rating is 99.5 ! Most actual restaurants don't get that.This Food truck is parked outside Uncle Bill's Mini Mart. I do NOT recommend the mini Mart. Just wait in your car until your food is ready.Minus 1 star for styrofoam food containers, the poor condition of the parking lot, and shady characters milling about.“

The guy promised me I would be back and I definitely will be. The food was tasty and the portion size was worth the money. I had Jolif rice w/ bang bang shrimp, collards, Mac n cheese. “This food truck blew me away. The lady running it, who I think was also the owner, was so warm, kind and friendly. The food was OUTSTANDING. Best Bierra tacos I've ever had. The broth was delicious. I could have drank it. She gave a generous amount too. I also had a burrito with Chorizo. She made sure she made it in a way I would like it, offering to add avocados to it which I love. When my girlfriend said I liked my food spicy the worker/owner brightened up and immediately offered to include a red sauce which was legitimately spicy as promised. I loved it. The burrito was delicious. I also had a cantaloupe Agua Fresca that was fresh, refreshing and delicious! It was also in a HUGE cup so I got my money's worth. Highly recommended! “Yesterday, was our first time trying this taco truck and it will not be the last. It’s our new favorite. We tried the Bucha with apprehension, but wow it was good. We had a great conversation with the owners son and even better food. Not sure what we will try next time, but I know it will be good.“
