“Scotland Neck doesn't have a ton of dine out options, so I was excited to see La Casetta after a long drive and working. Their menu has a great mix of pastas, pizza, salads, and appetizers. All of their entrees come with bread, and you have the option to add proteins and vegetables. I decided to go with the lasagna with a side of vegetables. The food took a while to come out, but it was so worth it! The lasagna had tons of flavor. Each bite you could taste the oregano, tomatoes, red pepper, and one other seasonings. One just popped after the other.The vegetables were a little over cooked and sad, so I added them to the lasagna, and that seemed to help a little bit.Minus one star for the server being a little snappy and rude when I asked about the wifi. She seemed to get a little nicer before we left, but the escalation of her attitude while I asked her questions was surprising. Being a server myself, I understand having an off day; but you can't let that mess with you too much. However, the other server that helped us at the end was a delight.I would come back for the lasagna and skip the vegetables.“
