“Love it! One of our go to spots for solid everything. The bar staff, 2 ladies, are absolutely STELLAR in every way. Accuracy of order, consistency on maintaining our happiness, friendly & polite, and extremely hard working women. Won't hesitate to return. As for the food, steak house done right. Steaks, soups, ribs, salads, & the sides you expect were all done correctly & in a timely fashion. If you haven't, you're missing out significantly. ??”

“Having lived in India we are a bit critical of the cuisine. We were absolutely blown away to find an authentic restaurant so close! Not only was the food outstanding and comparable to what we enjoyed in India, but the service and personal attention was exceptional. Highly recommend the Royal Taj and we will definitely be back 😃”

She spent time with us talking about wines ,introducing us to New delicious varieties. Fresh, local ingredients and great selection of cocktails and wine. Highly recommend getting an appetizer, entree, and you certainly can’t skip dessert. Zarah, the pastry chef is a true magician. “Everything was amazing. I loved the sangria. The bread with oil and herbs was a great start along with the yummy Bang Bang Shrimp. Our meals were also incredible. The brussel sprouts were nice and crispy, exactly as I like them. The servers were very friendly and we had a great, peaceful meal.”

“Found this gem on Yelp. Visited with my husband, my son, and his girlfriend. The food was so good and the flavor profiles excellent. My husband and I split a cup of the seafood chowder - fabulous. I had the Mexican shrimp tacos, my husband had the special quiche, my son had a taco that was supposed to come on a flour tortilla, but they gladly substituted corn, and his girlfriend had the salmon wraps. At the end we split a piece of peanut butter pie. The food was all delicious including the sides of homemade regular and sweet potato chips and the broccoli slaw. We will definitely go back. As we left the owner took our pictures with our motorcycles pulled up to the entry. Awesome”

I had a med rare filet and my father had a med well filet and like I said, both were perfect. Service was fast, friendly and on point! Only complaint is almost everything on the app menu is "spicy."”

“Typical Donald Ross design! Probably the most undulating greens on any course that I've played that he designed! They redesigned the course a few years ago and added more undulations that Ross would have had in the original design to make the course more difficult, due to some holes being fairly short in distance! They also went back to the original sand hills natural areas instead of rough grass! If you're a great putter , you'll love this course!”

“This is Southern Pines best kept Ramen secret. Every single aspect of this restaurant is top-notch. The decor is stylish, warm and happy. There are so many seating options, including couches, comfy chairs, tables, etc. The staff is absolutely phenomenal and so helpful every time I come in. I’ve ordered the duck Ramen, the pork Katsu ramen and Thai-iced tea. That duck Ramen with the curry base and a Thai iced tea is a meal that I dream about. 🧑‍🍳 💋 This is the most flavorful delicious ramen I have ever had and the Thai iced tea is phenomenal as well. I will return again and again and I hope that you’ll give it a try so that this restaurant continues to be open for a while yet, you deserve this Ramen. It is so good.”

“Today was my first time eating here & I was very impressed!! I ordered lunch & had it delivered via DoorDash. First of all, I have never had take out food so beautifully plated/packaged. They provided plenty of sauces, the portions were pretty big (had plenty leftover for dinner) & everything was so fresh. I got the Walking Taquitos & an individual taco with carne asada, cilantro, & onions. It was delicious!! I can’t wait to try more things on their menu!!”

“Awesome food at good prices. I have been trying the various Asian restaurants in my area and this one is great. The dim sum was perfectly prepared, the Avocado Chicken, Pad Thai, Salmon, and Glazed Chicken and Pork were full of flavor and fork tender. We will definitely enjoy eating at this restaurant again. It is a nice place to dine in, as the atmosphere is charming and the staff super friendly.”

“Tried this coffee shop for the first time, and it was really good. The coffee was AMAZING! The traffic was a bit busy, but it’s in the middle of cute downtown shopping, so it’s to be expected. The service was good, and everyone was friendly. I would recommend.

“Great Greek food usually…but went tonight and they did not have the option for the bean salad as a side. Offered fries with rice bowl!! Asked for a healthy option and gave us a side salad…literally a cup of salad…fit into the smallest opening in the divided tray container and an up charge of $4!!! Instead of a substitution since they were out of the bean salad or a substitution at a reduced price!! Hard to swallow that one for the amount of salad given!! Not customer fault that you were out of the healthy bean salad option...”

“I put this one star review in and the next day was contacted by the owner/s. They told me they felt bad about the situation and wanted to personally deliver the scones that I had ordered to rectify the oversight. I even told them that I lived in Fayetteville and they said it didn’t matter it’s what they wanted to do. I have to say that that says a lot about someone when they see that you’ve had a bad experience and they’re willing to go out of their way to make it right. At first when this happened I was willing to write the business off and not return, but seeing that they care that much, I will be returning. (Leaving the original review to show the situation that happened and what they felt led to make right) The scones are the best I’ve ever had. Their customer service and organization not so much. I’ve put in a bulk order online two days in advance, get to the store to pick it up and they are looking at me like I don’t know what I’m talking about. Then they check their system and see it in there and then proceed to tell me that they don’t have the scones I ordered, because they didn’t put it together, so I ended up canceling my order and getting a refund. They told me it is best to call or come into the store to put in bulk orders. A few months later I do just that, I go into the store put in my bulk order and was told they could have it ready at 2pm. Go into the store and they don’t have my order. Same employee as last time told me oh well it’s just like last time we didn’t check the system. I told her I came in in person and out this order in at 7am and she then proceeded to tell me, well it must’ve been an oversight, so I had to get my money refunded to me yet again. Although their scones are the best I will not be returning because of this reason.”

“You know, it’s one thing to have amazing food, it’s another to have an amazing owner. Curt is, hands down, one of the nicest people in this world. Our son loves his food and Curt knows Reese by name now. That in itself is enough to keep us coming back. The food, especially that Italian Grinder, is drool worthy. Everything Curt makes is exceptional. It’s the perfect amount of flavor combined with the generous portions. I can’t recommend this food truck enough.”

I didn’t not add the peanuts or eggs to mines. But just know they can adjust it to your liking. Matt, the event manager, did an excellent job working with us to create a menu in our price point and had amazing communication throughout the planning process. Their staff was incredibly attentive and did a great job helping our party run smoothly. Now the most important part.... the food! It was absolutely delicious! Our staff has not stopped talking about how great the food was. We look forward to working with The Bell Tree Tavern again and highly suggest them whether its grabbing a bite while you're out or for your next event or party!”

“Always a favorite. The food is always great, however the service is one reason why my sister's and I frequent when our busy schedules allow. On our most recent visit, my grandson wanted a big boy glass, our waitress did not hesitate to get him one. He eats with chopsticks at 3 years old. She did not hesitate to get him some, and when he dropped them, another staff member jumped right in to retrieve him another set. He was so happy and he told he had a great time. They made his visit special by showing kindness and not making us feel like he was bothersome. Will be going back soon.”

I assumed I would spend the next several days in a battle to get my money back. When I arrived at the Southern Pines location, Jason T volunteered to help me get my refund. He went above and beyond! Because of him I had a fantastic experience. Well done 👍🏽! Food was great as well”

“Food was very good, plentiful servings with ample seasoning. Service however was poor. A young lady came in who sat down behind us that was either a current or former employee that was a hit. All the servers flocked to her table and neglected us. We had to wait on water and soda refills several times. Overall the visit was good with no wait time for seating, with the dining area and facilities being clean.”
