Ice cream tasted freezer burned and like trash. Couldn’t even finish my 2 scoops because it tastes weird. M&M’s I got as toppings were 100% old because they did not taste good either. No desirable flavors either. I ended up getting chocolate chip vanilla because it was the more appealing one out of the other flavors with m&ms on it.
This place it also Dunkin Donuts together. Today I went to Dunkin' Donuts to pick up an order for a customer of mine. I walked up to the counter and asked about my order to a young black haired Caucasian woman. She said no problem I will look into it. she walked off and a few minutes later a older woman Caucasian asked me the same question and I showed her the order that I had in the customer's name. Those young whippersnappers gave us watery milkshakes. Then they had the audacity to give us an extra milkshake and charged us for them. And to top off their devilish deeds the doors locked 30 min before closing when we arrived, so we had to go through the drive thru. Then these terrible workers made us wait like 10 minutes when we were the only ones there. Then they almost gave us an iced coffee which we didn't order.
