While ordering and waiting for my food the staff in the back was extremely loud, cussing and not helping the frontline staff when they were already extremely backed up. They were more worried about their side conversations, screaming profanity and laughing at each other. When they did decide to come out to help they were rushing and making our order incorrectly. Terrible service, this was today August 26 at 4:30 pm I ordered a veggie sub and the guy begans to slice my cheese with meat all over the slicer I politely asked could he clean the slicer and slice my cheese again because it had meat all over the cheese he got upset and cleaned the slicer so he began to slice my cheese and guess what he done next, with his hands while slicing my cheese he killed a fly that was flying around while fixing my sandwiches I couldn’t believe it with...read full review

Employees ignore Togo customers. Pathetic! And when I showed concern about having to be ignored I was told a chill out white boy from the black employee. I'm the kind of person that respects all the races. That blew my mind what they said very unprofessional and racist!!!
