“Oh my goodness... what else can I say but JUST GO! I'm a connoisseur of fine donuts, and I can truly say that their product is absolutely unique in the most delightful way. The base donut has the crackly margins of a good cake donut, and the pillowy structure and yeast notes of a yeast donut- an amazing hybrid of the best of both styles. To really appreciate that accomplishment, order the most simple topping so as not to obscure the subtle taste notes. I prefer powdered sugar, but they also have a nice assortment of gooey toppings as well. Try the caramel topping with Biscoff biscuit crumbs! It's also a cute little shop with friendly helpful staff, and very good coffee. It's easy to get to, and worth a visit- just get there early for the best selection. You won't regret it!“

“We had a wonderful experience at Fahrenheit Pizza. We brought some family with us from out of town. We had pizza, garlic knots and even tried their cannolis! The food was all very delicious, especially the pizza. And the staff were all very kind and inviting, especially Conrad. (He was the one that sold us on the cannolis) As a pizza snob, this place has inched its way into my top 3 pizza places in Asheville. Cheers!“

“I grab takeout from here at least once a week. They have the best sushi in south Asheville, perhaps even all of Asheville. The quality never wavers. The staff is also fantastic. My only complaint would be that sometimes I have to wait longer than expected, but I recognize that they’re probably short-staffed, and they’re always very apologetic. Keep up the great work!“

“This place has become a 'must' every time we visit BM. I was so excited to show our girls the biscuits 'as big as plates' and it was even better than I remembered. Everyone loved their meal. I ordered the Lookout with a side of grits. I literally can't find one thing that needs to be improved with the biscuit meal and the grits were honestly the best I've ever had. I was blown away. Tip: know that there's probably a wait here. We came on Friday morning and while there were a few tables open, they seemed short-staffed and we had to wait in line. But, people are waiting in line because it's totally worth it. I freaking love this place!“

From what I understood, the sausage is locally sourced and it has a lot of flavor! If you go for this dish, I assure you, you wont regret it! The French Toast was alright, nothing out of the ordinary. If you are looking for something sweet, try something else on the menu. The place itself has a homie feeling! “This place was packed for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon and the hostess warned us that the kitchen was backed up but we weren't in a rush. My husband had to try the deep fried pickle appetizer which he enjoyed. I asked the server for gluten free options and she was very helpful. When she said they get their gluten free buns made in an Ashville bakery I ordered the Beacon Heights sandwich. It was a BLT with avocado and a special sauce and the best gluten free sandwich I've ever had. It usually comes with fries but they don't have a dedicated fryer so she suggested a side salad which was fresh and tasty. With seating indoors and out this casual eatery is a best bet.“

“Baked pie company has been one of my family's favorite dessert spots for years. My wife and I frequently enjoy lunch dessert dates there throughout the week. All of the pies and the great selections are wonderful. The service is always great and the restaurant is always really clean. We also enjoy on warm days sitting outside on the patio, enjoying a nice pie flight.We visited there today and I will note that we were a little disappointed to find that they no longer had flavored coffee creamers. I know this might sound a little, but I hope that they will bring back the flavored creamers as nothing goes better with a pie fly than a nice cup of coffee.Still well worth a five-star review!“

“The food and service were fantastic! However, the reason I will return every time I visit Asheville is not actually food related. The owners fed their employees and their families the entire time they were shut down for Covid. The owner’s husband is involved in many global humanitarian projects. While I was reading the Cantina’s historical wall display, the researcher responsible for the wall came and spent about 20 minutes chatting with me about the area’s history. I was moved by life work of the people associated with the restaurant and will return in support of goodness in the world.“

Service - they didn't have any room for us so we started to leave and they chased us down to tell us someone was just leaving and we could have the table Ambiance - very quaint. We stayed there with our friends till they closed at 3pm. Would go again if I come back to this area.“

But they were great. My wife got a burger on a gluten-free bun. (Unfortunately, that may not always be available. Hope that they make the choice permanent in the future.) I forgot what my somewhat picky son ordered but I saw he ate the whole thing. I did get a chance to steal some of his fries which were really good. In the beginning, our server took about 20 minutes to greet us; there was another server who said it was her first day and she was training that came by to get our drink order, but it took a very long time to get our actual food order in.The food was delicious, my husband and I both got Cesar salads and the deviled eggs to start. For dinner we got the shrimp and grits and the souther fried chicken, both were wonderful. For dessert we split the chocolate ice cream, and our server comped for us after asking if we were celebrating anything and we mentioned it was our first wedding anniversary. “We were greeted promptly upon walking in and the scooper was friendly. The location was small but nearly organized. The ice cream case wasn't full, which was kind of disappointing; but, it's not tourist season, so it's understandable. They had about 10 or so dairy ice cream options and about 8 non-dairy options... Including one made from pepita milk, which is something I've never seen before. I opted for the blueberry ice cream and a cinnamon non-dairy ice cream. One can get a sugar cone or cake cone at no extra charge. They also offer a gf sugar cone or a waffle cone at an extra charge. Both of the ice cream flavors were good. The blueberry had real blueberries in it, a+ there! The cinnamon was actual cinnamon spice, not hot cinnamon, but not super creamy since it was no -dairy... If I'm remembering correctly, the base was oatmilk. I would like to visit again during tourist season so the case is full of flavors. My friend said she had a cardamom ice cream here before that was delicious!“
