Me and my husband had to stop at this particular McDonald’s after we had a bad encounter on Taylorsville Highway so we stopped at Charlotte Highway and Crewmember named Tania/ Tenya Replaced my coffee when I asked for a hot chocolate at the last location because I’m pregnant with no problem so that I could have my drink on the way to my husband’s interview thumbs up Tania!!!!!

Service was ok staff was nice who brought food hate they barely get counter making u have to use kiosks but for food I dunno if it’s just McDonald’s but do they always have warm food and cold fries everytime I eat at any foods never hot and fresh…. Just wish we could improve this all around
