it took me 10 minutes waiting in lIbe to place my order. the car in front of me had placed its order. Then the car in front of me cut its engine off because the car at the pay window was taking so long. It was awful. I was 15 minutes late clocking back in from lunch. cashier never said sorry are anything when I finally made it to the window I still had to wait. it was three people up front one had her phone o n e looked like she didn't know what she was doing.
