The country food choices have excellent preparation, and the BBQ, including chicken, is highly recommended. Prices are fair, and the portions are generously sized. The restaurant has ample on-premise parking. For those with specific dining preferences, about half of the seats have window views, and there is a large tree with benches outside. The Mac and cheese, baked beans, pulled pork, and pork chop are tasty. However, it can be disappointing if popular items like BBQ chicken and ribs run out early. The coleslaw is unique with a mustardy flavor, and green beans, yams, and hush puppies are also available. The banana cream pie could be better, as it was still partially frozen. While diners left full, they are undecided if they will return.
