Just got a cup of decaf coffee but it was not very hot. I didn’t bother saying anything because I was just so grateful that they were open, had decaf and had pleasant staff working. A couple of minutes later, noticing that he was at the end of the pot, Collin came over to my table and asked if I’d like a new cup from the fresh new pot he was brewing. Now THAT is customer care!!!
The port city java at this location is totally tubular. All the employees are super fun and positive no matter what time of the day. All laughs and smiles every day. No negativity. Only positive. It's the best. Ever. The one and only. The best.
