“Ignore the decor! It's old, shabby, dingy. Ignore the atmosphere. It's not packed like a frat house bar. Come for the food and the service. Best in the area. We had pork cheek and shrimp martini for starters - both amazing, pork cheeks are to die for! Then main of stuffed quail and scallops, both fresh and succulent. To finish off, blood orange ice cream and salted caramel ice cream - locally made, simply awesome finish. Staff go out of their way to attend to you. All in, a great experience! And whatever you do, get the pork cheeks if they have them ... Should win awards for it it was sooooo good“

“We had a little work celebration here last week. Luckily the rain stopped just in time for our arrival but the staff had an alternative all ready for us so we can still toast other bride to be! Drinks were yummy, and we were all served quickly. It was the perfect spot to chill!“

The place is very inviting inside, plenty of parking and service super friendly. Met my friend here for a quick drink one afternoon and ended up staying several hours. Highly recommended.“

The freshly shucked and fried oysters in the Po Boy from three little spats were assembled with perfection, and that bread!?? The King Cake made from scratch was fantastic. “Great place to chill and get in a virtual round of golf. Food is very good for pub food. The atmosphere makes it worth the visit as the staff is so friendly and very cool. Great place to go and let off some steam. If you go once you will be back!!“

“We had a great experience at Seagate! It's got a good selection of draft beers and hot sauces, but it also had live music and a nice, fenced in outdoor space with picnic tables that is perfect for dogs. Multiple folks had their dogs with them, and I can understand why this would be where they go. Look forward to coming back soon!“

“We ate here on Tuesday this week as a date night treat. And I’d just like to say this place is top notch inside AND out. A beautiful interior with so many things to look at and the outdoor garden is a sight to see. We’ve been here so many times. This time just seemed to be extra special. I’d like to start with the hostess, who was extremely friendly, funny and accommodating to us. We sat at the bar and waited for a table outside, Bartender was amazing and funny as well. Our server was top notch and knowledgeable. Overall this is a must eat in Wilmington. We will return time and time again!“

“when i first heard about the ibis i knew it was going to be a place i would really enjoy. not only do i enjoy music overall but have visited gravity records several times so seeing a collaboration between them was exciting to see. my first time at the ibis was definitely the most welcoming and played a big part in me continuing to come and grab a drink & have a chat with friends. i love the atmosphere, the music, & the cocktails always hit the spot. after the first time visiting, i started, realizing that the customer service and interactions overall were not that great. i tried to give it the benefit of the doubt and assume that they were possibly having an overwhelming and busy day. i will go ahead and mention that i am very respectful when it comes to me going out to public spaces. i have always been very good with my manners and would say i'm more patient than most people in our world these days. so for me to feel the need to say anything about this should say a lot in itself. i've been to the ibis about five times at this point and ever since the first time i have not been greeted with a welcoming vibe whatsoever. i'm not expecting much from the staff but basic phrases like "hey how are y'all doing?" or "how's it going?" are never used. not even a welcoming smile or anything. not only that but it seems like they stare at you & wait for you to say something first. i will also mention that this isn't only during cocktail hours. i've been there during coffee hours and the staff during that time seem to be the same. i really love this spot. it's an awesome place to have a casual drink or just to listen to some good music but i'm writing this because not only me but friends that have been there with their own friends have also had negative experiences with the staff. i have nothing against the staff, maybe they've just never worked a customer service job & don't realize that your body language and energy does affect the people around you. i just hate that i don't feel like can fully enjoy my time here when there's so much negative tension between the customers and staff. i hope there can be a meeting where this could be addressed, but overall beautiful spot and looking forward to future events.“

“Was taken here for my birthday by family. Ordered firecracker chicken “hot” because waiter recommended said was really spicy. No spice in it at all. Son ordered General Tso’s chicken but was brought orange chicken. Very orange tasting and had oranges in it. waiter said was definitely General Tso’s chicken because it didn’t haven oranges in it. Only good thing was I got 4 meals out of my order and tasted better after reheating and adding red pepper sauce“

“I’m very impressed with this place. The building was once a Burger King, then a KFC, but what they have done is quite amazing. It almost seems out of place in this location. It is very nice inside. Very clean and welcoming. The food was delicious. Prices are very reasonable. The service friendly, maybe could be a little faster but my overall experience was very good. I will definitely go back. I had a crab salad and Sushi and Sashimi.“

“This is not a restaurant, but it has a great bartender who serves delicious drinks in glasses not plastic cups. They've got a couple pool tables and you can have some fun with karaoke on Thursday nights at 8:00 p.m. They bring in a happy crowd of positive and supportive people. Drink specials are also available each night of the week.“

“The best! Had a reservation for 12 they called me asap to ask to pre order. I told them no as I figured nobody would know what they want that day. They explained it’s so we didn’t have to wait. “This was our first time eating here and it did not disappoint. The food was really good, and we are food snobs ?. The filet was cooked perfectly, burger was juicy and full of flavor, the fries were by far the best fries I’ve ever had and I can’t even begin to describe the crème brûlée, just amazing!!!Our server Carson was just as great. He was kind, answered all our questions and never rushed us. Top notch.We will definitely be coming back to this place, I can’t believe we waited so long with it just being right around the corner!Keep it up guys and thank you for opening a great neighborhood family restaurant!!“
