It was honestly one of the best experiences with service I have received. Not only was everything so quick (even though it was pretty packed) , the food was amazing, but his energy and attitude was above and beyond. Highly recommend!”

“Prairie Sky is truly a gem in the Minot community. The atmosphere of their cafe is wonderful, along with all the delicious breads, drinks, and treats available. Their Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough is delectable, and their scones are amazing, even when they’re a day old. This is one of the few places where I know they’re using real, high quality ingredients in the food I’m served. I would recommend Prairie Sky Breads to anyone in, or visiting Minot.”

“Just had Monty's BBQ with my wife and it seriously hit the spot. We tried the brisket, burnt pork ends, pulled pork, and spicy sausage. Every bite was solid but those burnt pork ends were next level. Smoky, sweet, and melt in your mouth soft. I’m honestly mad I didn’t order 2 pounds of them. For sides I had the potato salad, pinto beans, and mac and cheese. All were on point and balanced the meat perfectly. If you're into legit BBQ, Monty's is worth the trip.”

The drinks are creative, fun, tasty, the food is hands down best brekky whether you build your own overnight oats, get a jalapeño cheddar breakfast bagel with fresh eggs and gooey melted cheese, or a chill smoothie. Their creative menu sees a rotation of seasonal flavors and blends complete w/full descriptions of the flavor profile and names. My fave of course is their friendly crew. There is something to be said of a workplace when there isnt employee turnover aside from maybe moving away. The baristas remember you, make you feel valued, seen. super nice humans♡ They have great recommendations.”

“First time to visit, all the way from Kansas City. This place was very good, outstanding! We had the jalapeño lovers burger, my husband couldn't stop raving about it! He said the jalapeños were candied so they didn't have all the heat but lots of flavor. He also loved the jalapeño ranch! So much so that we got some extra to take home. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich. It was perfect. It wasn't drenched in buffalo sauce. The chicken breading was light and so good. The sweet potato fries were to die for!! Ordered the kids cheeseburger with waffle fries... our son cleared his plate! Highly recommend this place for sure!!”

“I have eaten at barbecue restaurants across the USA. Not only was this restaurant (Bones BBG, Minot N. Dakota) meal the best, nothing, even comes a close second. I tried to give my son some brisket. I couldn’t because every fork attempt only held a micro piece. That tender. Every fork just fell apart into little pieces. The ribs. Ohh you mean the pork loin steaks covered in nectar sauce from BBQ Heaven? The beans? Ohh you meant the big flavor blasters things dancing with glee in the sauce? The pulled pork? Ohhh you meant that stuff I inhaled like a wild animal? This restaurant should be illegal as it breaks the law on how BBQ is supposed to taste according to any regular competition. Be a criminal and eat here until either your stomach explodes or you can’t fit behind the table anymore. I do not know these people. I just know God & good food.”

“This week we had over 40 relatives gather at this wonderful restaurant. The staff was so welcoming as more and more kept joining us. The menu had such a nice variety of dishes that we all found something just right. I’m so glad I ordered the sweet potato fries. They were delicious and cooked perfectly. The portions were generous. Quality of the food was on point. I’ve got to mention the staff as they were so attentive even as our group grew larger than expected. I would definitely recommend The Depot and feel free to bring the whole family - they’re great with large groups !”

“We had a surprise party today at Planet Pizza/Sports on Tap (Room 221), and it was AWESOME! Tony was incredible to work with, so friendly and accommodating. He let us in early to decorate and even had everything we needed to set up (including a balloon inflator. Seriously, a total lifesaver! Honestly. I’ll be dreaming of balloons tonight.) The food was perfect, and the entire staff went above and beyond, checking in often to make sure everyone was happy and that we had everything we needed. The bartenders were fantastic as well! Super helpful and it was the perfect set up with either a tab or drink ticket option! It’s also the perfect place for families. The kids ran wild, the adults relaxed, and my dad was completely surprised. Mission accomplished! If you’re ever planning an event book Room 221. You’ll have the best time!”

“After a disgusting customer service incident at the Firehouse Subs next door this was a relief. The guys were quick to welcome me and take my order. Took only minutes during which time I enjoyed some great peanuts. My meal was wonderful and they were attentive and helpful when my husband came and joined me. This is a great example of how restaurants should treat their customers!”

“This was without a doubt the best Thai food I have ever had (and I love Thai food). The spring rolls had this chili oil dipping sauce that was just divine, like you MUST order these. Then I had the Drunken noodles with beef, husband had the pad se eu, and my daughter (miss picky) devoured a plate of the kids fried rice! and then on top of the amazing food the woman who helped us was an absolute delight. The way she interacted with my daughter will forever be a cherished memory. 10/10 you have to eat here!!”

“We visit Perkins at least once a week, often more. The servers are wonderful... they are efficient, friendly and attentive. The food is always good, especially the basted eggs!! Don't get me wrong, the menu isn't one of unique, experimental or fancy fare. The food they serve is what you expect - American cuisine. The atmosphere is more "comfortable" than some of the other breakfast chains in town. We have never been disappointed.”

“Always tasty bagels/ breakfast sandwiches. Any time I have ordered bagels sliced, they don't come completely sliced. I think it's a machine that cuts the bagels, but I've never had one that was fully cut in half. Any staff i have encountered is average. Not friendly, but not rude. Overall, a decent place to stop at sometimes!”

“Tonight, I had what can only be described as a spiritual fast-food experience at Hardee’s. I even gave the atmosphere five stars, which says a lot considering the atmosphere was… my car. But trust me, the energy coming through that drive-thru speaker was unmatched.

I rolled up, staring at the menu like it was the SAT exam, absolutely unable to make a decision. Suddenly, the Hardee’s staff member asks, “Would you like help deciding?” And in that moment, I knew—deep in my soul—I was exactly where I needed to be. Guidance. Compassion. Leadership. Everything you dream of in fast-food customer service.

I ordered two chicken ranch wraps, which honestly deserve their own national holiday, and a chicken sandwich so good… that I was left speechless—mainly because I had food in my mouth.

Sure, the food isn’t the cheapest in town. But we must remember one thing: Hardee’s stands solitary above the rest because they’re not just slinging burgers—no, no… they’re out here helping lost souls choose the perfect meal, sandwich, or snack their heart desires.

Highly recommend. Five stars. Would go back just to be emotionally supported at a drive-thru again.”

“I’m always very impressed with this location as most of the staff are very young and they all tend to show they care about their job. Today in particular I was very impressed because I walked in and it was so noticeably different that I asked the gentleman behind the counter if they had put in new counters. He explained to me that he had just cleaned them very well and the whole food area and seating areas were also very clean and organized. This young man clearly shows ambition and care also to pass on to his coworkers the importance of doing a good job. He told the other young man putting the toppings on a bowl to do it nicely so that it has good appearance. I was very impressed by that as you don’t always expect that kind of attention to detail at a quick stop take out type of place. Food was excellent and fresh.”

Didn't get to try food since it was close to closing...so I'll try next time. Nice small spot and people felt friendly enough to go around and talk with. Going to try it again.”

“While not fairly quick to acknowledge someone is standing there waiting to order; just looking at you while not saying anything, mainly trying to handle and deal with the line of cars lining up at the drive-through, which I don't mind to much, but the staff could of at least spoke to the people lining up inside. I waited a good 10 minutes before someone actually said anything to me standing in line(at least I got to see the whole menu making sure to have my order ready). Once I was finally spoken to they were polite and fast to take the order, took a matter of 2 minutes to complete the order. And it later took only 5 minutes to get the order, they were on the ball to get it out quick; tasting fantastically made, had a party in my mouth trying the new fall drinks they had this year. While waiting it was interesting seeing the interactions between each staff, joking with one another, going so far that they forgot to turn off their mics making their jokes and laughing, so everyone going through the drive-through certainly got a chuckle out of the jokes.”
