“We had the absolute best experience hosting our daughters grad party. The owner and bartenders were easy to work with, so flexible, easygoing, and fun! The venue itself is amazing. So trendy inside and out. The space is perfect for hosting!“

“We used the private room for our wedding rehearsal dinner. We had our own private bar that always had an attentive bartender, and we were able to bring our own outside food. The private room was spacious and opened up to the patio. Also the beer/ciders are delicious! We love Kros Strain!“

When they brought out our food they also gave us a gift card with and apologized profusely! It was very kind of them! “My experience at the casual pint was all about beer. Sorry I can't comment on the food.

For beers on tap I was able to find all the info I needed to make my decisions. I tried three darker beers. All of their selections were good. I did get help from a barkeep on a pumpkin ale. He was spot on. One of the best. It made me feel like they select their tap beer on quality.

Besides the tap beer they have a ridiculous amount of beer cans and bottles either for take away or in house consumption.

Excellent experience on a Friday afternoon. It made me wonder where other casual pints exist. I'm hoping one comes to South KC.“

“Had the absolute pleasure of hosting a surprise party for my husband here. The event coordinator was fantastic and answered all questions super quick. The food is a 10000/10 everyone loved it. Plenty of beer and cocktail options for everyone to be happy. I planned this party sight unseen and it was my first ever experience here. We will be regulars for sure! Now i will say, their party room is small, could realistically host a comfortable number of 15-20 BUT we were allowed to take up tables throughout the bar so our party of 40 didn’t even flinch. Bartenders were super chill and helpful!“

Big Mama’s presence is still strong in North Omaha, and Big Mama’s Kitchen and Catering are making sure that legacy continues on for years to come. “Really, really nice place! Excellent service! This is part of the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema. You can order from your seats in the movie theater or just drink in the taphouse. They also have a huge party room with a huge big screen for larger parties. Great selection of beer, 30+ taps.. it's hard to tell exactly what they have. Their menu and Untappd don't match, Untappd only has 19 rotating taps listed. Whatever, nice place. I was in on an early Thursday afternoon, it was slow. 🍻. I did not eat, but I do plan to return and try the food.“
