“We used Patricia’s for our buffet at our wedding last Saturday. The Mac and cheese was amazing and same goes for the mashed potatoes. They were great to work with for our whole process and even threw in a complimentary cheese and crackers appetizer just for giving my final count on time! Shout out to the head of service on 10/21/23, as he made sure my husband and I got hand delivered plates before we were settled into our reception. We didn’t have to lift a finger. Definitely would recommend them. Everything went great without a hitch.“

“I had Phillip and his team for my wedding and I received SO many compliments on the food/ how well they took care of us. We had buffet style but his team came around and cleaned up the plates. They cleaned and put the dishes away for us perfectly and left us with nothing to do besides enjoy our night. Philip made sure everything was perfect, and as an anxious bride I tremendously appreciated that. We will be using him for any future catering and hope to see his business become gigantic someday!“

“We had PVBBQ cater our wedding and it was a great experience from start to finish. I had a guest from Texas tell me how good the brisket was and a guest from North Carolina tell me how good the pulled pork was, among a slew of other compliments. They were accommodating to our request of having a vegetarian/vegan option for certain guests and overall very easy to work with. Could not recommend more.“

“My husband's employer, LBT, Inc. had Tim's Wild West BBQ cater lunch for their employees on Thursday, April 14th. I was lucky enough to have my husband bring home some of his leftover brisket. It was the best I've ever had! Looking forward to the next opportunity to eat more from Tim's !“

“We hired Save the Date for our wedding and it was AMAZING! Kylie was quick to responses in all of our emails and very accommodating during all the covid transitions. The food was absolutely delicious. We had family come from all over and people from Chicago were ranting and raving about how it was the best wedding food they have ever had. One of them was in her 80s so she has had a lot of wedding food!! People have texted us saying how fabulous it was and how they went up for 2nds and filled their plates lol. One person said " i don't even like carrots but these are AMAZING!" I would recommend Save the Date over and over again!“

“Elegant Edge Events and Catering / Elegant Edge To Go catered our luncheon for our daughter's wedding day. I called Natalie with only a one week notice. With an already full day, she got us on their schedule and delivered to the church. It was a nice lunch of slider sandwiches, fruits, yogurt with toppings, crackers, cheese. Was perfect! “Got the cheese fries with pork. Very generous portion. The sauces were unique and quite good. They are vinegar forward and not like the sticky sweet kc BBQ that is more common here. I really enjoyed the Carolina mustard, which is unusual for me. Would like a sauce with some celery seed and a little more thickness, but all and all the uniqueness of the ones they had won me over. Mac and cheese was very good, a little smokey and not too heavy.“

“Ken and his crew do a fantastic job. The meat is the best in Omaha--great steaks, sausages and deli meats of all kinds, excellent ground beef, and of course the bratwursts they are famous for. Their bacon is the best I have ever had.I shop here frequently--nearly every week. Once you experience superior meat products, you probably won't be able to go back.“

“first time trying this food truck and I ordered the burger and fries. The burger was good taste like a corner store burger which is exactly what I wanted wasn't a big fan of the french fries I don't really care for soft fries and not really flavorful. The guy that was making the food not sure if he was the owner from the pictures online it was a different guy but he was very polite and even brought my food to my car once it was done. I would go back and try other foods. The food truck is parked on the side of a gas station easy to locate.“

“Abraham’s catered my wedding a few weeks back and I can’t recommend them enough for all your catering needs! When we were first looking for a caterer for our wedding they helped set up a time where we could get a sampler selection from them to try and driving home from their location after getting the food my mouth was literally watering I couldn’t even wait for my husband to get home before trying it! We knew right then we had to go with them! They reached out a few weeks before the wedding to confirm a few things, answer questions and see if we needed help setting up napkins or other things. The day of the wedding they had everything ready to go right on time and were so great at helping pick up plates and also putting all the leftover food in containers for us to take home! They even helped cut our cake and put it out on dessert plates for everyone to enjoy! I still have people when I see them compliment the food and say how much they loved it and a few even found out we had leftovers and asked if they could take some home for themselves they loved it so much! Would highly recommend!!“
