Yesterday a kid came to the door & sold us a fundraising card that gives discounts to various cafes & restaurants. He said it was for his soccer team. Today we decided to go to Fremont Lakes & get a Nebraska passport stamp at The Tow Line. We got a digital stamp because it wasn't open. Then we went to Hero Deli to use the discount card. I was pleasantly surprised, nice little salad bar. Place was roomy, although my bench didn't have any padding. Sandwich was good, steak Philly. Could have used more cheese, but it was filling.
In town for a hockey tournament next door and searched on sandwiches in Fremont. Lucky for us, we were right next door. Grabbed their Italian sub and Club, asked for both heated. Great atmosphere and friendly service during their lunch buffet which looked delicious. Their subs did not disappoint and 100% hit the spot! Definitely would eat here again to try the other options. Big fan!
