“As a food lover who is surrounded by great authentic Mexican food here in California - San Francisco, Napa and Sonoma valleys, and Sacramento CA, I found Teresa's Tortillas, Bakery, and Deli a foodie's dream come true after a long drive from the Denver airport to Lexington, NE. Teresa's Tortilla, Bakery, and Deli serves the best food in Lexington Nebraska, hands down! Teresa and her husband Santos, and their team, make fresh masa and tortillas that is freshly made, and delicious! You must buy their tamales! The tamales are absolutely delicious! Their masa is freshly made and perfectly seasoned, the meat filling is a combination of good quality meats cooked perfectly in an authentic Jalisco style homemade sauce, and then this bundle of deliciousness is wrapped perfectly like a present in the corn husk. I purchased 4 dozen tamales to eat in my hotel room, and to share with friends in Lexington. I told Mr. Marquez that they would have a line out the door if they had a store in San Francisco, wine country, or in my home town, Sacramento, CA. Thank you for a wonderful meal and your outstanding customer service. I definitely will return to have some more tamales!“
“Excellent food, fast, friendly service. It isn’t easy to find great food on a quick stop along I-80 in central Nebraska. This place is a gem. My family loves authentic tacos and this is as good as it gets. Burritos and quesadillas even come in two sizes to fit your appetite.“
“Such a great meal from this place! My mom and I stopped in for a takeout dinner on our way to Utah from New York. Such a tasty, authentic meal of a Carne Asada Burrito for me and a Grilled Chicken Quesadilla for mom. Delicious salsa on the side too! Definitely recommend if you're ever in town and hungry for something just a little bit spicy and a whole lot savory!“

“Traveling from CO to WI and needed a lunch break. Tired of eating fast food along the interstate so we searched the Internet for restaurants in the area and found our way here. Nice people, delicious food, quick, inexpensive and very authentic. Staff all wearing masks and sanitizer available at the door. Would definitely recommend to locals or those passing by like us!“
“Ordered al pastor tacos, sopes, and an asada burrito for takeout. Everything was good, but the al pastor was fantastic. Service was courteous, the food delivery was prompt, and the restaurant was neat and clean (with plenty of seating). Would recommend and will be returning to sample the rest of the menu.Parking: Plenty of parking (including some Sonic style overhang)“

“A former Sonic, Noels is a drive thru, take out Mexican restaurant. You can eat inside as there are a few tables. Really great menu options, including breakfast burritos. Burritos are huge. I made two meals out of mine. I had the crab and shrimp burrito and it was excellent with a lot of shrimp and crab.“
“We are so glad we stopped at this restaurant during our cross country drive. Miguel greeted us with warmth and was very personable. We enjoyed listening to him tell us the family story of coming and starting a restaurant and finally settling down in Nebraska with this wonderful place to serve such great Mexican dishes. The food was fresh cooked and very flavorful. The service was excellent and feels as if we made a friend that fed us well and was good company while we dined. This place you will eat well and feel the warmth in the family atmosphere. Stop in if you have the chance!“
