“Great food. Great owner. Get yourself right and grab some real Texas BBQ. Had the three meat plate (moist brisket, ribs, cheddar link) no hyperbole, it was the best BBQ I’ve ever had in Lincoln. Grabbed a pork sandwich just to try it. Cooked to perfection. Probably ate it in :60 seconds flat. There is nothing like this place in town. Tell your friends. Highly recommend!“

“It was our first time here tonight. As soon as you walk in, all of the delicious smoked smells will hit you right in the nose! 🤤 We wanted to try a variety of meats. We ordered the pulled pork sandwich combo with the collard greens & mac & cheese. The pulled pork had the best flavor & it was so juicy. The collard greens were on point 💯! We also had had “the stache”, which is a hot link, with pulled pork, coleslaw, & bbq sauce on it. It was very good, but our favorite was the pulled pork & collard greens. We also ordered a pound of tri-tip. It was melt in your mouth tender & full of flavor. The owner came out & talked to us for a bit & he was very nice. The guy taking our order was also polite. “If you are an onion ring aficionado do not miss this place. Battered to perfection, the onion crisp and sweet. Yummy. Service was attentive and drinks refilled promptly. BBQ menu is meat forward, of course, and the pulled pork was tender, juicy and generously portioned. A favorite on our list.“

“I highly recommend Mulberry BBQ for your catering event. We hosted our son’s rehearsal dinner this last weekend and Mulberry created a fantastic spread for our guests. There is always a fear that great BBQ won’t hold up when served in mass quantities. Not with Mulberry. We received so many comments on how great the brisket and turkey were. Jamie was a gem to work with. She was very encouraging of our menu and in assuring us to be confident that we were presenting a quality menu. I asked her if there was anything we should add and she suggested we add the cornbread stuffing. Take one guess which item ran out first. :-) I cannot wait to get back to the restaurant itself. If we have another event to cater in the Lincoln area I am calling Mulberry BBQ and Jamie first.“

“Todays February 7 , 2023. I always love to eat bbq of famous Dave in Lincoln specially there beef brisket . I was surprise this is our first time to get a salty food . It seems there chef was mad in cooking . I’m terribly hungry and at the same time I’m upset because we can’t eat our food we order . The manager was nice it make me feel better when I talk to him. But anyway everyone is not perfect I forgive but terribly I’m hungry . Probably better to eat at the restaurant not to take out.“

“Wonderful! Got a whole duck and pork belly. The pork belly skin was crisp and delicious and seasoned so well. The duck was excellent too. They came with some sauces which I was skeptical that I would like (because I don't like sauces as a general rule), but really did compliment the flavors of the meat.“

“I have been a steady patron spending around $200.00 a month there. Saturday I had company so thought I’d let them see what NE. BBQ was like. One slab was just ok, another was good and the third was not moist, hard ends that could not be chewed, really bad. One of qt of potatoes the potatoes in top of container were good but the bottom half were hard and dry. Are you under new management? So very disappointed.
