“The food is very fresh and made with precision. The staff is friendly and are extremely generous. My Favorites are the Mongolian beef and Szechuan Chicken with added jalapeños.....TO DIE FOR.. I've been there a few days in a row already and I'm thinking about going back tonight. I love local business that puts extra care into what they do, it reminds me of going to someone's home and eating something that was prepare with love versus a cheap buffet that may make me regret eating. Growing up with a Khmer family I have high expectations when I eat Asian food and Tempura is the only place that I will spend my money in North platte.”

“Had the great fortune of trying this Hazy IPA before meeting the owner Kelsey Grammer and watching him pull beer for a few hours. This beer is outstanding! it doesn't have that hoppy bite and has a refreshing citrus finish. Put simply? it's delicious. Looking forward to more amazing beers coming!!”

“Stopped in tonight to grab pizza for dinner tonight after shopping. 3 teenage boys were working, and I have to say I was so impressed with them. We were greeted nicely. They told us the specials and knew all about them. Continued to make conversation with us as they made our pizzas. I asked if they were the only ones there and they were. But things were clean, they were respectful,kind and got us in and out in 10 mins! We were impressed with them. Long time since we have seen teenagers that have good work ethics!”

“Another classic bar, reminds me of some of my favorites back home in the country roads of NWPA. Three pool tables, TouchTunes, Keno and pulltabs. ? And although I didn’t get food they look like they have a decent selection for a fair price.”

“The espresso shot in the French Roast was smooth as silk, so yummy! The owner roasts their coffee, wonderful job for a great product. The people are friendly which all adds up to at least 7 ☆ in my book!”

“Always love going in for dessert here! Personal favorite is the Buffalo Bill Sundae. The "Ice creamologists" are always welcoming and pleasant. Would definitely highly recommend as a great dessert stop!”

“Normal, authentic, non-fusion delicious Mexican food. The “original” Margaritas are fantastic. Delivered to your table in an ice filled shaker with chilled salted edge martini glass. The shaker has about 2 1/2 glasses of drink in it, so it’s ice cold as you drink it. The atmosphere is loud but fun. We sat next to a table with 6 local rancher cowboys who were holding forth with each other about their rodeo experiences. When we finished eating, we introduced ourselves and had a great visit. Excellent food and fun time.”

“Everything was good here especially, the pizza. It was karaoke night, we were just coming back from fleeing Canada, so we stepped in to Brothers Tavern for some pizza while we staying at the hotel.
I love pizza, have eaten at countless pizza places, all over, different countries, in fact, and make it at home every Friday night. We live in Colorado, and I would drive up to North Platte, just to go have this pizza. Next time we come up, Im taking one to go too! See you next time!

“They deserve all 10 stars!!!My appointment was at 8am. I checked in at 7am got to choose 1 of 2 docks)). As soon as I parked they start to unload and I was ready to roll in 25min!!! They even cleaned all the major chips from the pallets!!!10 star for Shure!!!”

“Visited this restaurant on Friday, July 5th. It is a very "open" type restaurant. The food was very good. I had the Philly sandwich which, as I said, was very good. The service was also very good. They also had two local brewery beers on tap. My favorite was a beer from the Brewery across the street, Peg Leg Brewing. If coming through on the interstate, would highly recomend stopping here,”

“We went Amigos on our way to Crawford NE, where we are spending the summer. We are full-time rv'ers. My wife, how is from NE used to come to Amigos when she lived here. The food was awesome! I totally recommend!! We had to get 6 tacos to go for my sister in-law. They make trips to North Platte from Chadron just to get take out!!!”

“The size states 14 inch for a large. Nope, not true, just about 10 inches. The pizza is slimy and gooey, absolutely disgusting. Save your money, will never purchase again. I do not recommend this pizza.🤮”

Best quality subs around and I asked for the name of the person who made my sub Kyle and wow best Philly I have had and it was soo fast it actually got done before I finished topping my other sub. Everyone is friendly and fast love this place. Lifetime customer for sure.”

“I'd say this is a good option when you're hungry in the midst of a long road trip. One thing I can never figure out is why Subway offers "too small" (6 inch) and "too big" (12 inch), but not "just right".”

“I'm on a roll here in North Platte, lately! I decided to try Another Round for their ribeye steak and loaded nachos. I was NOT disappointed! Reasonably priced and it was prepared to perfection. The medium rare I asked for was just right, the steak itself was tender, juicy and had the perfect amount of sear on the outside. Worth every, single penny. The loaded nachos were just that, loaded down with toppings. I wish I had two stomachs because it was far too much for just one person, lol! A bit off the main road, but entirely worth it if you have a craving for an awesome ribeye! Will definitely be trying out their other menu items in the future!”

“Stopped here on on way back from a vacation in Colorado it was definitely worth the drive off the interstate. Food was great the guy making the sandwiches was very very friendly and took the time to provide great customer service from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. He greeted us, asked us what we wanted and made our orders accurately even checking to make sure we didn’t want anything extra. We took our sandwiches to go, they were fresh and just perfectly made lots of toppings plenty of meat and cheese.

Would recommend this subway!

“My husband and I had supper tonight at Penny’s Diner in North Platte, Nebraska, and it was such a fun little find. The whole place has that classic 60s diner feel with the booths and the black and white checkered floor. Super cute and nostalgic without feeling cheesy.

We didn’t have to wait at all, which is always a win. As soon as we sat down, Robby, who was both our waiter and the cook, brought our drinks and menus right away. Talk about service.

We both went with breakfast for supper. John ordered the Philly cheesesteak omelette with hashbrowns and toast, and I had pancakes and eggs. Y’all… the pancakes were as big as the plate. I’m not exaggerating. They were fluffy, delicious, and so filling I couldn’t even finish one.

The grill is right there beside you, so you can actually watch your food being made. It’s basically dinner and a show, and I kind of love that.

Robby was phenomenal. Friendly, efficient, and just one of those people who makes the whole experience better.

We’ll definitely be adding Penny’s Diner to our list of go-to spots when we’re in North Platte again.”

“usually dairy queen here in North Platte is amazing but today was rough. I ordered door dash. I can not blame the dasher for anything wrong. but I was missing a straw spoon and ranch plus had like 3 peices of chocolate in my stores blizzard. I paid 30 dollars for nothing to be right and I just have to deal with it. the reason I can't blame dasher is they close up that bag like Fort Knox. no way for him to check if it's all actually there. I. just disappointed. I still think you guys are great but maybe having a rough moment?”
