“I must say it’s a gem of a place. From the people that serve you to the atmosphere and most of all the coffee experience. Went here 3 days in a row when I was visiting and each time was better than the next. The last day I got the smores cookie which was out of this world. Also tried the blueberry scone which was divine. Lastly everyday they gave me that giant furnace to keep the coffee warm for 6 people. WELL WORTH IT! It kept us going everyday. Thanks for being so awesome and it was greatly appreciated.“

“I like to think I’ve had a decent amount of boba from all over (I look for any place where ever I travel) and this place has some of the best if not the best I’ve ever had. The milk tea itself is fresh and flavorful, it tastes homemade. Which is what makes it some of the best honest. And then the boba balls are chewy and you can taste the tapioca flavor. They also taste fresh. It’s really refreshing for it all to taste so homemade and fresh as most places use premade mixes and such.“
“The all chocolate four layer cake was fantastic. The icing was so rich and flavorful. It was the best cake I ever tasted. I purchased it for a birthday party and those in attendance could not get enough. It was like eating a little piece of heaven. If you love chocolate this is the cake for you. The macaroons melt in your mouth. Try the smores and crème brûlée’ flavor. The oatmeal raisin cookie with cream in the middle was loved by all. Coffee was excellent. I am from St Louis and have tried many bakeries in my lifetime and this one tops them all. I would highly recommend a visit to this bakery in Concord NH, it’s the best of the best. It’s a hidden treasure. I can just imagine how great their wedding cakes are.“
“A few years ago, I got my mom a super chocolaty custom birthday cake from this bakery. I was kinda worried about the price since it was my first time ordering from there. But when I got the cake, I was stoked to see how awesome it looked. And when we tasted it, we were all blown away. I'm usually more into pies than cakes, but that one cake from a few years back was something else. It wasn't too sweet—just the right amount—and the frosting was amazing. I haven't needed to buy another birthday cake since then, but I'd totally go back to that place if I ever do!“
“We came here hoping for a late breakfast, but they only had lunch menus out (Granted it was almost noon) They did bring us a breakfast menu, and said half of it was available, while the other half with the pancakes and such is labeled "Not available at Night" which is kind of ambiguous. They clarified that night= after 11am.One waitress took our drink order right away, then we saw another party sat down, order their food, and receive it before anyone checked in to take our food order. Granted, this was about a 10 minute time span but we felt like we were doing something wrong, perhaps. I wondered if I was supposed to go to the counter but the other party was served promptly at their table throughout.We both ended up getting burgers and they were excellent. Throughout the meal it seemed like a different staff member popped up to check in on us as they did their rounds, a little unusual.Another strange thing is that my husband noticed the check had us listed as "D.U.M. table" which... Is not a good look no matter what its supposed to mean. Really I didn't care because I was satisfied with my meal and just wanted to go but it was the cherry on top that made me feel like I was doing something wrong or intruding or inconveniencing some of the staff then entire time I was here.I do my best to do my research before showing up places but I feel like I missed out on the secret handshake or whatever everyone else there knew how to do.4 stars though, because the food was good and I know running a small restaurant is hard, they stand out where they are, it was a good value, etc etc, and I'm sure they take care of their regulars but I don't know if I will be back personally. Try to roll with the punches, if you do drop in. You'll get a decent meal out of it at least.“

Hot and iced coffee, ice cream, a variety of made to order or premade hot and cold meals are available. My friend says their chili is fabulous and wishes they had larger sizes! “We just received our first delivery of Stone Hammer beans, and our first brew of the medium espresso roast was excellent. The freshness adds so much to the complexity of the flavor. It was robust, with a bit of a chocolate note, a dark wine note, and maybe even a hint of berry. I look forward to trying the dark espresso roast next!“
“The people who work here are always nice, and they do a great job. I know from experience that working in fast food type environments can really destroy your will to live pretty quickly and efficiently, but the workers here always seem cool and upbeat. I hope they have fun.The variety of drink combinations is practically infinite, and they're always advertising some interesting seasonal flavor combo.The beyond breakfast sandwich is really great for being a prefab item that basically just gets heated up. I like it a lot with the hash browns and some hot sauce. I'm pretty forgiving and easy to please when it comes to food and beverages, though. I'd never turn my nose up at stuff that more "refined" palates probably wouldn't classify as food.Vegetarian options: The beyond breakfast sandwich is totally vegan and is very tasty. The hashbrowns are always a great side for the sandwich, too. They also have almond, oat, and coconut milks for any beverage that might have dairy milk, typically. They use Torani syrups to flavor their drinks, which are mostly vegan. Aroma Joe's website has all the ingredients and allergen info easily available if you're not sure of a specific item.“
“I cannot say enough good things about this cafe! My 3-year-old and I love to visit before the park and we always have such a wonderful experience. The owner’s pup frequents the cafe (such a well behaved boy) and he is one of our favorite reasons to visit. Definitely a must stop if you’re in the area.“

I've had a few recent visits at that specific Starbucks where I walked away very sad at what had transpired there with some staff and drink issues. With you, from my first couple of minutes talking outside as you washed the windows, I could feel your positive energy! It uplifted me ?. Then, inside, as I requested my drink, with you as the Barista, your kindness that followed with what you offered in addition was so unexpected and gratefully received. I've had people say & do things for me, during these past 6 months in Concord, and then I found out they were paid money to do it. This didn't feel like that. Important for me to say, loud & clear, to other staff/other restaurants who might read this and be offered money to copy her approach: Don't. I'll say: "no, thanks". And...this review better not cause problems for her by those jealous. If it does, RJ, find me. They will deal with me. You've got me by your side...always. Thank you again!I stopped by in the morning drive thru on my way to work. I had a coupon for a $3 Maine Maple Cold Brew. The barista told me to hold on a second and I assume took the coupon to show to her manager. She came back and said this coupon was only for the Manchester location.As you can see in the picture, the fine print is blurry and hardly legible. From a customer’s perspective, I had no way of knowing this. I felt that Aroma Joe’s Concord should have understood this and honored the coupon without a second thought. The fact that they did not was disappointing and put a damper on my morning. I did not have the opportunity to speak with a manager about the matter because I needed to go to work.“
“Staff here has always been very friendly. They are usually pretty fast and get you your order quickly. They have restrooms and it is definitely handicap friendly. They close earlier than most dunks but for me it's not an issue because I always go early.“
