“I must say it’s a gem of a place. From the people that serve you to the atmosphere and most of all the coffee experience. Went here 3 days in a row when I was visiting and each time was better than the next. The last day I got the smores cookie which was out of this world. Also tried the blueberry scone which was divine. Lastly everyday they gave me that giant furnace to keep the coffee warm for 6 people. WELL WORTH IT! It kept us going everyday. Thanks for being so awesome and it was greatly appreciated.“
“My 1st time personally going here and ordering donuts was 2023 Halloween howl. These donuts were all so amazing looking it was hard to choose! I end up getting the cream filled hocus pocus book because I loved the eyeball & was not disappointed. I've had these donuts serval time prior to this night. My son would go to work washing windows and every single time he'd have your store he'd come home with serval donuts. There were also several times he'd buy them but they would never make it home because his coworkers would help him eat them! “I like to think I’ve had a decent amount of boba from all over (I look for any place where ever I travel) and this place has some of the best if not the best I’ve ever had. The milk tea itself is fresh and flavorful, it tastes homemade. Which is what makes it some of the best honest. And then the boba balls are chewy and you can taste the tapioca flavor. They also taste fresh. It’s really refreshing for it all to taste so homemade and fresh as most places use premade mixes and such.“
“Delicious and unique desserts!! Definitely go here if you’re in Concord because you will not be disappointed! The key lime bar is amazeballs as are the butter cookies! I also love that you can prepay for an item that someone in need can come in later and enjoy for free“
“I thank you, RJ, so very much for everything you did, on Wed, during my visit at Starbucks @ Storrs St. It meant a lot to me. I've had a few recent visits at that specific Starbucks where I walked away very sad at what had transpired there with some staff and drink issues. With you, from my first couple of minutes talking outside as you washed the windows, I could feel your positive energy! It uplifted me ?. Then, inside, as I requested my drink, with you as the Barista, your kindness that followed with what you offered in addition was so unexpected and gratefully received. I've had people say & do things for me, during these past 6 months in Concord, and then I found out they were paid money to do it. This didn't feel like that. Important for me to say, loud & clear, to other staff/other restaurants who might read this and be offered money to copy her approach: Don't. I'll say: "no, thanks". And...this review better not cause problems for her by those jealous. If it does, RJ, find me. They will deal with me. You've got me by your side...always. Hot and iced coffee, ice cream, a variety of made to order or premade hot and cold meals are available. My friend says their chili is fabulous and wishes they had larger sizes! “We just received our first delivery of Stone Hammer beans, and our first brew of the medium espresso roast was excellent. The freshness adds so much to the complexity of the flavor. It was robust, with a bit of a chocolate note, a dark wine note, and maybe even a hint of berry. I look forward to trying the dark espresso roast next!“

Thank you again!I stopped by in the morning drive thru on my way to work. I had a coupon for a $3 Maine Maple Cold Brew. The barista told me to hold on a second and I assume took the coupon to show to her manager. She came back and said this coupon was only for the Manchester location.As you can see in the picture, the fine print is blurry and hardly legible. From a customer’s perspective, I had no way of knowing this. I felt that Aroma Joe’s Concord should have understood this and honored the coupon without a second thought. The fact that they did not was disappointing and put a damper on my morning. I did not have the opportunity to speak with a manager about the matter because I needed to go to work.“

“We stumbled upon this cafe for coffee and what a wonderful surprise to find out they had some fresh Vermont cream cheese. We had to have a toast to try that... they were not shy with the cream cheese serving on that fresh, in house baked slice of sourdough toast... and multigrain toast.. that was sooo creamy, yum!“
