“This is my favorite Dunkin's ever. Everyone is always so personable and friendly, and often they'll even write you cute notes on your cup if you're a regular. BUT, the last few days I've been, there have only been one or two people working and they seem STRESSED. I really hope management is doing everything they can to help their employees and are not leaving them out to run like crazy without any reward. This is how good employees get burnt out.“

“Probably the best bagel breakfast sandwich I've ever had. The staff was friendly. There are a few tables that you can sit at. Most people seem to take their orders to go, so it was easy to get one. You can also get bags of bagels to go! They have instructions on their website on how to heat them at home.Parking: It's located in a Plaza with other shops, so there was plenty of parking“

“Love coffee here. The burbon aged maple latte is our favorite and the blueberry scones are next level yum.Miss when they had more pastries available a few years ago but I’m assuming they couldn’t move them quick enough. Ben is great. Lots of seating. Beautiful venue. Some parking in the back.“

“The people who work here are always nice, and they do a great job. I know from experience that working in fast food type environments can really destroy your will to live pretty quickly and efficiently, but the workers here always seem cool and upbeat. I hope they have fun.The variety of drink combinations is practically infinite, and they're always advertising some interesting seasonal flavor combo.The beyond breakfast sandwich is really great for being a prefab item that basically just gets heated up. I like it a lot with the hash browns and some hot sauce. I'm pretty forgiving and easy to please when it comes to food and beverages, though. I'd never turn my nose up at stuff that more "refined" palates probably wouldn't classify as food.Vegetarian options: The beyond breakfast sandwich is totally vegan and is very tasty. The hashbrowns are always a great side for the sandwich, too. They also have almond, oat, and coconut milks for any beverage that might have dairy milk, typically. They use Torani syrups to flavor their drinks, which are mostly vegan. Aroma Joe's website has all the ingredients and allergen info easily available if you're not sure of a specific item.“

I've had a few recent visits at that specific Starbucks where I walked away very sad at what had transpired there with some staff and drink issues. With you, from my first couple of minutes talking outside as you washed the windows, I could feel your positive energy! It uplifted me ?. Then, inside, as I requested my drink, with you as the Barista, your kindness that followed with what you offered in addition was so unexpected and gratefully received. I've had people say & do things for me, during these past 6 months in Concord, and then I found out they were paid money to do it. This didn't feel like that. Important for me to say, loud & clear, to other staff/other restaurants who might read this and be offered money to copy her approach: Don't. I'll say: "no, thanks". And...this review better not cause problems for her by those jealous. If it does, RJ, find me. They will deal with me. You've got me by your side...always. “Its nice to have choices when you want a cup of coffee, and many local stores are now selling local brands even the large supermarket. You can tell a good coffee roaster from their decaf, that's when a coffee drinker likes their coffee, they don't drink it for the caffeine but the pure flavor. now when a roaster can capture real coffee flavor in a decaf, that's exquisite. I happened to grab a pound of their coffee the weekend blend at a small local store, and a bag of decaf. i wasn't disappointed. now anytime i see their whole bean coffee, it's the first thing I grab. very lucky to have such a great coffee roaster so local to us.“

“They make the best pumpkin chai latte. My 7 yr old lovessss it. Java chip vanilla bean Frappuccino with caramel for my daughter, she says they made it wit love. I got a shaken espresso Frappuccino with caramel drizzle, made it just right. Perfect mix of coffee and caramel! We order all the time because of the great service! Most of the time the kids want to try a 20$ I mean custom drink do they have the patience to listen to the Pinterest post drink and make it exactly how it was shown. Thank you staff!!!!“
