Located on Main St, The Barley House Restaurant & Tavern is a cozy spot perfect for a late dessert. The service is friendly and fast, with a fruit topping on the creme brulee being a personal favorite. The bread pudding is a traditional must-try. While the food tastes great and is beautifully presented, there are some inconsistencies. The Guinness stew, Dublin burger, and Blarney puffs were delicious, but a medium well burger came out nearly raw inside, with no correction or discount offered. Despite good service, the food can be hit or miss, with cold, salty fries and tasteless burgers. The loud and raucous music can make conversations difficult.
