Very disappointed in the manager she was rude and refused to take back the sandwiches that were made wrong. My husband was so upset he just had them make new ones and paid for them .
The customer service from John ( don't know his last name😔) is exceptional. He goes above and beyond. We absolutely will be visiting Wrap City more. Thank you!
my husband and I wrnt in for dinner.we waited 15 minutes for it we sat down too eat.the women yelled from the counter too us we are closed at 7.and she was very rude and asked us too leave.wr both looked at her and ssid wr jyst sat down too eat.so my husband and I left with our unfinished sandwich and wrnt and sat in our car too finish our dinner. the women and 3 guys thst was working there stood in the window and gave us dirt looks and then they gave us the middle finger.so my...read full review
