My family and I go to Chili's a lot since there's stuff we can all each eat there. I have a severe food allergy and they always take it so seriously and will take the time to check the ingredients of their dishes for me if I want to try something new. The staff has always been incredibly kind and patient which I very much so appreciate because my anxiety makes ordering hard for me. A little dim and noisy when crowded, but some people don't mind or even like that. The staff are friendly, and service is quick even when busy (once you're seated). I don't go to Chili's often, but I've had good experiences at this one.

Decent Food, Decent Service, They wouldn't serve me one time because their dish washer was broke. I mean they share a parking lot with a place that sells disposable plates and such, why would you turn away paying customers for something as simple as plates..
