Usually get "the Beacon" when I am in the area. Have recently tried other options, including a delicious meatball sub. Midtown is my go to when I am in Manchester. I live an hour away. Love their cappuccinos. Service is great.
The lady behind the counter(didn't ask her name) was wonderful, the tea even more and my panini was exactly how I wanted it with some unbelievable bacon quality. Whenever I forget to bring a lunch I'm going there.

The service was great. The woman who took my order was very pleasant and my sandwich came out in a timely fashion, especially considering how busy they were.
