“Iconic Coffee is an amazing coffee shop with good coffee and a clean cute inside perfect to work. The staff is so kind and helpful! They talk to you and make your experience enjoyable. You get so much for how much you pay with great quality. The brown sugar shaken espresso has a unique and tasty aftertaste again at 5.49. I recommend! “I ordered a macha latte and chilli cheese palmier (warmed), and both were fantastic. Macha was smooth and perfect with a little honey.There's a big table out the back with people working remotely on their laptops and soft piano playing on the speakers. “We were craving for pastries from Chocnyc which was recommended by Yelp Top 100 Croissants. It’s kind of far from where we live but no one can stop us from eating.We were satisfied with their line up. We got their Plain Croissant, Caramelized Croissant, Pecan Sticky Bun and Savory Biscuit as first try. The portion was great with reasonable price.Our favorite was the Pecan Sticky Bunwhich was satisfying with soft and rich texture. Their croissant wasn’t our type but it’s still worth a visit.“

The pancake has more of a cake taste and was thick and airy. It was certainly a unique unexpected blend of flavors but good.“

“The Honey Day Cafe has amazing food and the Korean-brunch fusion is something I haven't tried before finding this place. The K-chicken and waffles are really good, great flavor and the mochi waffles make it really unique. Huge selection of coffee drinks which are also really good. “I worked with Ma’s Tea House for a corporate event. Initially we wanted them to come on site at our NYC office location at make fresh bubble tea as people came into the office, which they do offer, but the building had a lot of specific requests which made it difficult to coordinate. We ended up deciding to switch to a delivery of 100 bubble teas in the morning for my event that same afternoon. From start to finish, they were very easy to work with and responsive. I stopped by the shop and Justin worked with me to decide on what would be best for delivery and what flavors would be good options. I even requested they add my company’s stickers to the cups along with their own and they did. Delivery was a little tough (but that was due to the location of the office in midtown, police officers not allowing vehicles to stop, etc.) but we eventually found each other for delivery and they helped bring the bubble teas into the building within the delivery time discussed.As for the bubble teas during the event, we decided on 50 white peach rose with strawberry popping boba and 50 passion fruit with mango popping boba. They were a HUGE hit and mostly gone within the hour from the start of the event which we didn’t expect. We were anticipating some leftovers by the end of the day, but in the end, there were none.Pricing was reasonable and comparable to other quotes that we received. Brian was great to work with. We would look to work with them again in the future!“

“I found this place awhile ago, a woman in my town makes amazing homemade cheesecakes and recently started selling them here. Checked out the shop on Yelp and the food also looked very delicious and was on a mission to try this place out the next time I was in Hackensack. I would consider this place a gourmet Italian coffee shop. Sounds weird but it is just beyond amazing. They have pasta there for sale that I believe is imported from Italy which I decided to take home a bag for myself. They also have Italian beverages and jars of marinated vegetables they sell. I tried it out for the first time yesterday, I went in wanting this pasta and the owner was working, he told me he only does pasta specials on Wednesday but offered to whip me up something if that's what I wanted which I thought was really nice of him to offer! I didn't want him to go through all that just for one dish so I decided to try the chicken Parmesan and my husband ordered a chicken cutlet. The bread was SO FRESH and the sauce was made to perfection, I was amazed at every bite I took. I also tried my husbands chicken cutlet and it was also outstanding. We finished our meals and then decided to have some of that homemade cheesecake (which I already knew would be delicious) and some coffee. The owner was very genuine and kind and we enjoyed talking to him. Great service great food. Easily 5 star worthy and I already can not wait to return.“

Despite the crowd, mainly families with young children, and the noise, we eventually secured a table for four. Our orders included birria tacos and Mexican Elote from La Chula Taqueria, a burger with fries from Harlem Public, and a Dominican pizza from the renowned Wahizza. The food surpassed our expectations; my son particularly enjoyed the birria tacos and Mexican Elote. Personally, I found nostalgia in the Dominican Pizza, reminiscent of my childhood in the Dominican Republic. Additionally, my wife indulged in a frozen margarita from the bar, thoroughly relishing it. Overall, our dining experience exceeded expectations, and we're eager to return and explore more culinary delights.“

“I really love what the owner, Woobin, has done for the space that was prior to now, an unsuccessful Korean bakery. He really brought it to life with his creative abilities that spill into interior design and not just his signature dishes he's perfected in the kitchen.Lately though, with the expansion of the business and increasing traffic of customers, I've noticed he's recruited the assistance of additional members of his team to help manage the restaurant. The owner and his business partner, A, will always be like family to me. I've been here for them since the beginning and it's really beautiful to see how they've evolved and cultivated a cult level status of love from all the locals in this area, not exclusive to only Leonia.Other than the one unfriendly lady working there, it's always a good and happy time at the one and only SS. “My only complaint is that the lone worker today, when I was paying with a credit card (without tap) took my card and tried to use tap. Before she took my card I was going to put it into the card processor. When I pointed out that it doesn’t have tap, she (2x’s) typed my card information into the register screen and it was declined (plenty of credit was available because I got gas with it shortly after). I then used my debit card which she just took from me and again tried to use tap (again not a feature on that card either). She was finally able to put my card information for the debit card and it went through. If she had let me put my card in in the first place there would have been no problem with the original transaction attempt. I feel some of the staff might need better/more training on using the register.“

“Rating is only for the vibes & fresh juices since that's all I've ordered so far. This has been in my neighborhood for YEARS, but only recently did I actually go in to try them out on a whim. Great staff - very friendly and helpful - bright, clean space (with limited outdoor seating available) and delicious juices for a reasonable price -- the Beet It & Go Green are delicious. Servers are always patient, friendly and knowledgeable. Scones are good and the breakfast wraps are the absolute best. The only two drawbacks are that it is quite pricey, and it takes an awfully long time for food orders. I would get breakfast here every morning but it's at least a 15 min wait if you order any food, and there's almost always a line to order. Overall, it's a very good coffee shop and provides an excellent alternative to just the usual Dunkin and Starbucks in the area.Parking: There are only a few spots in front of the coffee shop but you can park further down past C&RC or near Ernie's, if needed.“

If you get stuck behind even 3-4 people in line - you will be waiting for your coffee for a while. it would also be one thing if the Barista's's were working extremely quickly, but they take their sweet time and are basically in slow motion / don't really seem to care at all that there's a line out the door of people waiting. “I came here on a Saturday morning with my mom and we really enjoyed the visit. What appeared to be a small Columbian Cafe actually ended up being quite spacious on the inside! The Cafe has a nice, calm atmosphere and ambience with lovely art. The barista was delighted to have us and offered to assist us with deciding what to order and showing what they had available, as well as giving recommendations. The coffee was quite good, we ordered the Mocha and Cappuccino which were both excellent. The Tres Leches pastry I ordered was also delicious and I would highly recommend it. If I could give a suggestion to the owners, it would be to perhaps invest in some higher quality tables and chairs as I feel that would go a long way in improving the atmosphere of the Cafe. The servers were kind and friendly and you could tell the barista was passionate about the art of coffee. The food and drinks were great: * Matcha Yuzu - 10/10 - The matcha flavor is not strong and earthy, so it's perfect for non matcha lovers. The yuzu syrup adds a nice brightness of flavor, and the addition of the sparkling water makes the drink extra refreshing. I saw the barista hand whip the matcha too. * Cortado - 8/10 - I'm not a coffee drinker, so take this review with a grain of salt. This drink is pretty strong since it's equal parts espresso and milk, but I liked the flavor of the beans. * Chocolate Croissant - 8.5/10 - The pastry was buttery, flakey and light. I wish there was a bit more chocolate tho because only 1/3 of the bites had chocolate. Overall, I would definitely come again for the vibes and food. I want to try their hot food options next time.“
