I dine at Cardinal often and it's always delightful. Last night, I had the pleasure of attending their inaugural Cocktail Dinner featuring Little Water Distillery and it was truly phenomenal. Every dish was delicious and really unique. I especially loved the butter poached black cod (hoping that lands on the regular menu some day). In December while in town I followed a local’s advice and gave this place a try, and I liked it so much then that I came back again on my most recent trip to Atlantic City for a concert in February and brought some friends along with. We appreciated the quality of local beer selection, and tried the wings and outstanding raw oysters at happy hour. Cardinal and our server, Ayanna, offered us a very positive experience. The holiday Irish menu for the AC Irish Parade was a delight! Never had a boxty before, but I'm a believer ? Also, a four roses old fashioned is always welcomed to my drink pallet.Looking forward to my next visit!
