Menu on the website is up to date but they also have paper menus by the register. We got a bunch of rolls but I think the favorite was the tiger roll 🐯”

The owner was warm and welcoming and introduced us to her dog, who actually let me pet him. I wish this restaurant was closer to where we live, coffee that good is hard to find. The restaurant was clean, service was friendly and pretty quick. Food was descent for takeout Chinese food, though the sushi was just fine. The combination dish that I got reminded me of late night college life a night after drinking and grabbing some quick fast Chinese food.”

One day I witnessed three young girls working there standing behind the bar talking to each other and on their phones rather then tending to the customers. They should always have more than one person working the main dining area. If you want a good bar pie come here.”

“Delicious pizza, fast service, and unbeatable prices. Pizza Masters is a humble neighborhood establishment serving up slices that can compete with the heavyweights - Scarrs, Joe’s, and Roberta’s. The pizza had a great char and aromatic sauce. Incredibly cheesy! The pepperoni rolls were a showstopper (and heart-stopper) — the acidity from the marinara perfectly cuts through the gooey, scalding mozzarella.

The Sicilian slice was not the best. Very doughy with powdery cheese — similar to Domino’s. Stick to the classic thin slices. The cheesecake was disappointing as well: sandy, gritty, and not very sweet or rich. It’s Pizza Masters, not Cheesecake Factory.

Two slices, two root beers, and a slice of cheesecake only came out to $13 total!”

I decided to go back today for some reason and then I saw that was all new staff. It’s definitely a new cook. Definitely a new cook. The staff is wonderful. The food was really good. I actually ate it this time. I was able to eat it the last time I was there everything went in the garbage and it was four years ago.

I’m so glad that the owners from four years ago sold the business to these people. The place is really run by people that know how to cook. Add the flavors the food and sell edible food. This was really good. I enjoyed this. I am so happy.

You know there are other spots to sell Dominican foods in Bayonne and it’s all the same flavor same boring stuff they lack flavor. The only thing that’s keeping the other places alive is because they’re very popular. That’s the only reason they’re still in business.
But I can tell you, Dominican power is foremost, the best of my liking in this town when it comes to Dominican food

I was a chef over 30 years in a lot of great restaurants in New York and New Jersey. I did offsite on-site catering for famous people and I feel I give fair ratings to people. It goes accordingly to how much I spend and also what do I expect for my money if I’m spending $30 like I did I’m not expecting five star Michelin quality food I mean when you go to McDonald’s you don’t expect to have the finest dining
But for a place like this that sells Dominican food not fancy not high priced
