as you walk through the shopping village the aroma of chowdah tickles your nose and entices you as if in a trance. Unquestionably the best New England clam chowder I've ever had, and I've sampled as far north as Maine. Note how many other reviews make similar observations. I found it remarkably delicious and savory, with the perfect consistency. Definitely the culinary highlight of a beach trip and I will make sure to return whenever I'm in the area.

If you love chowder, this should be a must stop location for you. This no frills chowder hut is some of the best in the area. Their New England chowder is honestly some of the best I've ever had. Creamy but not too rich and packed with flavor, it would be a sin to skip out on this. Get it in a bread bowl and it's plenty to share! Who could resist the crusty bread and chowder combo. And don't be deterred with its cold out, you can easily get everything to go!
