“My 1st time at Peace Pie. I surely was missing out. Such a cute place and so vibrant and colorful. Love the peace signs in the front. The large flavor sign made it easy to pick a flavor and I love how every pie is $8. You can't beat one set price ! I definitely recommend the salted caramel brownie ice cream sandwich ! It was so sweet and the brownie was so gooey and delicious!“
“Unfortunate to see this shop is temp closed. Went a few months ago and had to drop a review because the ice cream was great. Got the strawberry and coconut. The bold and creamy flavors really stood out. Has a cool old school ice cream shop vibe and service was good. Hope they get back to business soon!“
“We frequently visit Cape May Winery and love it during the quiet of the off-season as well as its bustling vibe in season. I am glad to say the winery is as wonderful as ever. This winery has the best kitchen of wineries in the area with a good array of foods that are prepared to order and often much tastier than one would expect for a non-restaurant venue. The venue itself is very enjoyable with both indoor and outdoor options. We always opt to sit outside unless the winter winds are prevailing. Wine can be purchased by the glass, flight, bottle or carafe. There is often live music on weekends. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, they want you to have an enjoyable experience. We highly recommend you visit this winery. By the way, I personally like Cape May wines, on the whole, over other wineries. Each local winery has its own strength, but Cape May wines are respectable across the board.“
“CAPE MAY: Historic Cold Spring Village is an outdoor living history museum which is open seasonally and is pet friendly, but happened to be closed when we visited in late September. The village reopens on June 15, 2024. Luckily on the property, and opened year-round, is Cold Spring Brewery, one of the most unique breweries we have ever been to! Located inside a restored beautiful barn is a tasting room full of so much character, great beer, and a friendly atmosphere. It is NJ's only non-profit brewery that helps support the village to preserve history. The awesome beertender, Bill, made some great tasting suggestions and we had a fun time drinking the Hildreth German Wheat, Cold Spring Red, Cape May Farmhouse, and Pumpkin Festival Ale. There are 15 varieties on tap including non-alcoholic options. Most importantly, leashed dogs are allowed inside and there is also a great outdoor space with firepits and peaceful views. Check their schedule for live music.“
“What a great quick breakfast place! Great location! Kind and friendly and delish!! They are so accommodating, too. We had a little poodle with my family and the worker offered him a treat. He is a picky little dog and turned it down. She was determined to give him a treat so she whipped out 2 more options for our poodle to try. Even though he snubbed all 3 treats, it was so generous of her! What a good laugh.Then, even better, I brought my own Gluten Free bagel to see if I can get an Bacon Egg and Cheese on the side to put on my bagel myself. The owner (I think) offered to take my bagel for me and prepared me a delicious Bacon Egg and Cheese on my own GF bagel! (They do offer gluten free bread but I really wanted a bagel sandwich) I don't have cross contamination issues so this was perfect for me. It made me so happy! Thank you and can't wait to go back when we visit Cape May again. Next time, I'm trying the Lox ;)“
“Me and the wife was at the village, so we decided to eat here on the way out, we were greeted nicely, told that it was a buffet, we were not disappointed, the service was impeccable, the food was off the charts!!! place was clean, the staff very attentive to us, and the price for what you get is unbelievable for the shore, will definitely be back“
“I visit Coffee Tyme every morning when I visit Cape May. Thier coffee selection is phenomenal whether you want a dark espressso or just a plain drip coffee. My favorite is the daily rotating flavors because I can't get these at home. They are unique all I do is add cream and splenda, not some sugar syrup. (see pic for flavors).They were very accommdating when we asked for a special request for our wedding this past June. One of our specialty drinks was an espresso martini and our venue did not have the ability to make fresh espresso. The manager put me in contact with the owner and I asked if it would be possible for them to brew 30oz of espresso the afternoon of the wedding. Not only was he happy to do so, he explained for me not to let it sit and get room temp, but to refrigerate it asap to have the best flavor. The bartenders used every drop!“
“The Cape May Scallops were good and well cooked, although under-seasoned and the sauce bland. I would have liked more of a selection for vegetables. The milkshake for dessert was delicious. Atmosphere was dark and dated. And the uniforms for the serving staff should be updated. The female staff looked like they worked at Scoops Ahoy from Stranger Things!“
“Is there anything better than a good pizza? Yes, a great one! Simply put, the thin crust at Tony's is the best! We also had the cheese ravioli, which was to die for, delicious garlic bread, and the salad that came with it was so fresh and crunchy!We were in Cape May for the day, but this was our second visit. Did the same last year. We will be back again! Not sure we want to wait another year!“
“This place stands out amongst any pizza sandwich shops anywhere in cae may period. The pizza's are hot fresh and the way you want them. I asked for a thin crust Florence pizza that's a white pie with spinach and mozzarella and ricotta cheeses and got such fulfillment in every bite from the crispy crust to the toppingsthe spinach and plenty of ricitta and mozzarella cheeses. ..Where can you get that without saying extra cheese?? Thre service was a very humbled experience. Atmosphere was very good the staff is attentive to what you wanted and without fail ..it was a great experience I will return again soon. They aim to please here open everyday till 10pm you can't beat that anywhere. Blue moon is the best pizza anywhere ..order a hot pie and enjoy it from your first till your last bite my guest and I enjoyed the time spent , and yes they have hot drinks image that??? Yes the ocoffee & tea are hot ? .kiddos Blue moon you made a believer in me as well as my quest. “Beautiful place and great food and service! We had seafood chowder, fish tacos (big chunks of delicious fish!), spinach & artichoke dip with homemade chips and the best burger we have had in a long time. Our server, Layla, was professional, knowledgeable, personable and prompt. We wished we had found them before our last night in Cape May. I highly recommend this place for a quick bite or fabulous dinner. The atmosphere was so welcoming. I love the lighted counters and fish tank.“
“Been a while since we stopped here but I never wrote the review. Very interesting concept that works for nice summer days. The food was amazing! The lobster Mac and cheese had more lobster than noodles and was delicious. My wife got the butter chicken that I thought I wouldn't like but the flavors were so complimentary to each other and it ended up being my favorite dish. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the burger I got was barely average and tasted rather boring. But will stop again if we are riding down this way.“
“Easy 5 stars, maybe 6. Shayna was the HIGHLIGHT of our evening. Her spiel was perfect, timing was impeccable, she was interested in what we had to say and had all the answers to our questions. Top notch server! Would HIGHLY recommend to request her as your server. Also, Ian was a super nice young gentleman who has a quick eye, polite demeanor, and takes the lead when the need is seen. Had tuna tartare, which was 10/10 until the amuse boosh arrived, on the house, and was exceptionally exquisite. Finished with short rib and fosters which were both outta this world. Will be dining here again!!“
