Shout out to the entire staff for picking up the overflow from the disastrous Madison location for months. Especially today Christmas Eve, Madison decided not to open and this Chatham location was EXTREMELY overwhelmed. .the wait time was long but could not be helped. Why isn’t the drive through open? I’m a handicapped person and why say you have a drive through and then put a sign in the middle of it so no one can access it. There’s no construction and your menu is lit up. I drove out of my way because it had a drive through and instead I had to get out of my car and come in.
