“My wife and I both love oceancrat. It is your typical seafood boil place that is clean, reasonably priced, and has unique decorations throughout. The food is always flavorful and well cooked. It's the first type of seafood boil place we've been to that serves fried rice with the meal, and at first we thought that was unusual, but after the second time, we decided we really liked the uniqueness and taste. It is really great to have a place like this locally and we hope it stays around for decades to come.“
“On this rainy Saturday , decided to grab some food to go from Reading terminal. Beck's Cajun cafe caught my eye so I ordered the shrimp platter with red beans and rice. I wish the Red beans and rice was placed in a different to go container from the fried shrimp. Some of the shrimp were soggy because sauce from the rice dripped onto them. The red beans and rice is flavorful but I prefer a little more heat ( spice ). The service was quick and friendly.“

“Very nice spot for the area. Great for take-out and a few tables for dine-in as well. The chunky crab bisque was very good, and the catfish po boy with cajun fries made for a great lunch. The interior was very clean and it's clear plenty of effort went into decorating. Worth a try!One note - they should definitely mention in the menu that the crab fries have imitation crab meat instead of real. Seems needlessly deceptive.“
“I came upon another "KKC" Fried Chicken establishment, this time inside of a Sunoco Gas Station in Southwest Philly. Krispy Krunchy Chicken is a quick serv fresh fried chicken franchise. I've found their chicken portions are way bigger with less breading than a Popeyes. Their chicken only comes in one flavor which has a little bit of spicy kick.The staff at the store was nice and quick to help me out. I've always gone with their tenders which have always been pretty fresh and tasty. The biscuits are decent and the wings they had out looked delicious. I'll have to give them a try next visit. They have an open air cooler for cold chicken meals to go. The manager told me that they sell well on EBT. The sides they offered looked decent, mac and cheese, jumbalaya (i've had before it's good) and mashed potato's (not as good as popeyes, but ok). The manager was in the store so he gave me a quick run down. They receive the chicken in fresh - white meat, dark meat so wings, breasts, thighs etc. and prepare it all in the back - from flour and seasoning to frying it and then putting it out in a warmer. Looked like a quick and efficient setup, kept clean by the staff. The gas prices at this Sunoco are always the lowest and the manager told me they have grubhub and Ubereats available. Not the best neighborhood, but the chicken was good!“
“Love it here! This is a great place to go for reasonably priced seafood. There are a variety of combos for every budget, and a selection of sides to be had. There's house made lemonade and tea available too! I like to get the shrimp and crab combo. I like to be able to customize the sauce to be spicy or non-spicy, and you can even ask for it on the side if you prefer your dinner steamed only. We love to go here with a group of friends when we want to have a celebration dinner but don't want to break the bank. It's BYOB now too, for extra celebration!Parking: It can be tough to find parking around here, so if you can use public transport definitely do. This is right near Jefferson hospital, so there is a lot you can park in if you've got the cash to spare.“
“The only thing I would have changed was the spice level on my seafood boil. However, everything was absolutely delicious. I got Combo A and added sausage. It was so much food and the price was very reasonable. The boil actually fed me two times.“
“The father that owns it was so nice and friendly. The younger boy wasn't to cheery didn't seem like he really didn't want to be there, but he wasn't rude. The crab cluster with the house sauce was so good. The house sauce was amazing I used the juice for another meal it was amazing.“

“I went here with some friends, we all had a good time and felt like everything was good. The place was playing some nice 80's music on the Friday night from the DJ. The place was not busy at all and my friends ended up dancing a little too.The food wasn't the fastest, but it was hot and tasty. We will come back again soon.“
“This location is by far the best (quality of food and price for what you get) one in Philly. The seafood boil is always on point but the appetizers really hit different. Favorites: Lemon Pepper Wings & Crabmeat Fries TIP: To make the most of your seafood boil add sausage to it (worth it for the price!) “The food is excellent I mean I’ve only gone for the wings and the calamari. The winds are always cooked to perfection and they’re big. The waitress is on point. As soon as my class it’s the table and it’s almost empty. She’s right there ready for a refill always comes back out to ask if we need anything. Is everything OK .“

The fried rice is definitely the best.The service was as good as it gets.I had give the atmosphere 5 stars too because they where playing old school Motown and R&B.I ate too much, but left with a smile on my face. This is going to be a new regular spot for us.“
