“Food is always excellent. When ordering for delivery people taking the order are always extremely polite and helpful. Delivery always takes less time than expected. The delivery people are very polite also. Same wonderful experience whether we dine in or get take out. Would give 10 Stars !!!“
“What a wonderful place. It just happens to be an Irish bar, though that part is not the main sellling point. If you are not doing anything today or tonight, please, please, please go. OK, we know about prices. 8 Bottle Beers, 4 shots ( and yes 2 were telly) French onion soup, Fish & chips (no bread, that's a positive) and nacho with the malt vinegar. Grand total $109 == Bargain. The food was great!, The Nacho's were a meal servered the good way, hard nachos loaded with meat, cheese and Guac (wont' even attempt to spell that word). I don't know how Dave the owner pulls this off. Excellent business owner and personable. I think has all all 3 things going on when you spend money. Best Product, Best Price, Best Business touch - meaning personable skills. The girl working the bar and tables was very good. I should have gotten her name. She left nothing for chance. There is one other thing to note when going out, Atmosphere. While this is no Colemans of Syracuse on Tipperary Hill, I challenge you to point out the differences. “Asked the lady at the airport where the pilots eat… she sent us here. Wow it was great! Great menu, cozy environment, and quick service. All of our meals were cooked to perfection and the prices seemed reasonable. Just down the street from the airport, we’ll be back!“

“This is a great bar to watch the eagles games! It feels like you are right in the heart of Philly and you can always can get a drink relatively fast! In the fall when it's still warm, they have a set up on 1st street where they block it off and set up tables and TVs to watch the game.“

I also recommend trying the Irish Poutine. The fries have an even coating of curry sauce, which means every bite is going to be delicious. “I was looking for a decent restaurant for lunch while visiting relatives in the Montclair area. A friend from the area recommended Eagan's. Great recommendation! We had fried calamari, thick cut fries, chicken wings, bangers and mash and fish tacos. Everything was excellent. Our server was fantastic. I would go back again...and again.“
“Just ordered a steak sandwich and French dip. Never got the au jus sauce so my gf drove back to get it and the owner comped the whole bill wow that was just unbelievably nice over a simple sauce. Accidents happen but to get rid of the whole bill for two entrees I am 100% satisfied will be going back for sure. Food was amazing btw 5 stars“
“I always have a great time here, whether it's for drinks with friends, solo dinner or a date. The servers and bartenders are very friendly and down to earth. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Quality of food is very good. It's a little small, which never caused me any problems, but something to keep in mind on busier days. Someone here complained in a review that it's expensive for the amount of food that you get but you're paying for quality not quantity. Plus it's still cheaper than the overpriced restaurants in Rutherford, which seem to prefer status over service.“

We also have hosted 2 parties there, one was a child's birthday party and the other was a Saturday evening adult birthday party. “Onieal's is our absolute favorite burger in Hoboken. They never disappoint when it comes to cooking our burgers perfectly and their house-cut fries taste super fresh! Now they've even upgraded their buns to potato rolls which is a huge bonus for us personally. This time we even tried the chicken finger appetizer which was delicious including their amazing honey mustard. To note: the bar area can get kind of loud/rowdy especially on game days (it is a bar after all). But don't let that deter you if you'd like a quieter area they have both outdoor seating and an additional back room which are both less noisy. The service is always decent but their servers are definitely stretched a little thin. This will always be one of our favorite neighborhood go to spots!“
“Where do I begin. Our visit to the Shannon Rose was outstanding. From the nice young lady at the door to our server Edgar who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. When we arrived Trivia was going on, and it was such a delight watching everyone participating in the game. We arrived wanting drinks to end the night, and The Shannon Rose did night disappoint. Our server Edgar was very kind, and very knowledgeable about what we should order, plus very handsome. Kudos to the bartender the drinks were delish!!!! We will DEFINITELY go back for the Trivia Tuesday and for dinner and drinks. What a fun way to end the evening. I hope that the next visit will be as enjoyable as the last one.
