“Stopped by here to pick up some soft pretzels to bring to a family birthday party. Saw that they had plenty of hot pretzels to go so we picked up a dozen pretzels. They have some cool party platter offerings too. We definitely try to hit here when in the area as we love soft pretzels. Only give it four stars as we wish it stayed open a little later - especially on a Saturday night. But will definitely be back!“
“Had trouble ordering online due to an issue with my credit card. Called and got Kathy who I think is the manager on the phone. She was so friendly and quickly took my large work order which was ready exactly when promised. Amazing customer service and amazing pretzels! They were a big hit at work! I’ll definitely be back soon.“
“Love this kiosk! My family and I have been huge fans of Stews for decades!!! And they finally opened one up in this mall. Whenever we go shopping here, we also stop by for some pretzels.I will say that staff isn't always the most attentive, and it might help to put up some signs that say order here and pick up here.Other than that, it is a Wetzels... You know what to expect. Great pretzels!!!!I'm partial to the bites, sometimes with pepperoni on them! Love dipping them in either cheese or marinara. Nothing beats that! I find the bites are easier to handle than physically splitting a whole pretzel. But that's just me.My wife likes their regular pretzels. Super flaky and buttery!We sometimes also get the hot dog pretzels, personally I'm very partial to what specific hot dogs are used, and I dont think that they use some of my favorites. But I just don't order them...They also have some slushies! If you love getting brain freeze and changing the color of your tongue get blue raspberry!Store is always clean, but has that greasy vibe because everything comes doused in butter hahaha!!!!All in all, if you are meandering around the mall, this is a perfect place to get a really quick bite!“
“The food is fresh and stays in a warmer which lets it become a medium temperature which is the best temprature for bitz and pretezels. The staff are always on the cashier or helping with something else.The price is also reasonable not that expensive or cheap.“

Whether you want sweet or salty, they are always a great choice! Convenient and tasty.Their workers are very generous and patient. Have never had a bad experience with them.“
“i've had two different experiences at this place so i guess the service just varies? the first time they made us pay for the food at one counter and drink at the other, which was very strange. and moreover, the dude presumably in charge seemed quite impatient with us, as if we should have known about their weird system. perhaps this was due to the long line. but the second time i had no issues and paid for everything together. there was also a very nice woman that gave me samples of scrumptious little cinnamon pretzel bits, which i greatly appreciated. overall, the food is very nice and i would revisit.“
“Alicia, the manager is so kind and patient. All the years I ate Wetzel's (which is probably been over 30 years) I always had a punch card and after 6 you got one for free but they don't use that anymore. They told me to download the app and I would start all over using the app and I was willing to do that. Had a really hard time doing it and the girl behind the register was too busy to help me. I asked if there was a manager because otherwise I wouldn't get credit for my sale that day and I had just spent $16 ordering two different items for two people. The manager not only came out and helped me, but was very kind and patient about it and asked me if she could touch my phone and I said yes. She then went through some stuff at the register and got sale, that I paid for 10 minutes earlier, for the day into the app. The app didn't work under my Yahoo mail at all but then when I went to Gmail it worked fine so it must have been something with reception in the mall. She suggested that I shut off my internet and just use my data package and that seemed to make the app work. Probably too much interference in the mall area. The cinnamon pretzel bites were so delicious that the next day when I had a few leftover cold I still ate them cold and they still tasted good. You know a cinnamon pretzel is delicious when you can eat it cold the next day. My boyfriend ate all his pretzels the same night cuz he ordered the pizza ones and they were so good that he finished them. I just wanted Alicia to know that she was very appreciated that day for being so kind and coming out into the mall and helping me on the side of the store where it wasn't crowded. I will always go there for two reasons. First of all the pretzels are amazing and also the management is so nice.“
“Service was quick and easy. We got the new fun smore pretzels to share. It was creative and unique. They tasted pretty good. The customer service wasn't anything amazing but also wasn't anything awful either. Just kind of your regular run of the mill pretzel shop. Was a little pricey at $9 for pretzels but is what it is.“
“Auntie Anne’s made it even better. I don’t regularly post reviews but felt inclined to do so following my experience yesterday for the Jurassic World Tour show. I met Bill Bori at Auntie Anne’s Pretzels and he helped me get exactly what I needed for my boys and even went as far as calling me when my order was ready. My 4 and 5 year old have many allergies, so concessions food is typically a challenge. Auntie Anne’s was a great option and their service even better. Thanks Bill and team!!“
