“I must give kudos to Will at the Nanuet location. Ordered two sandwiches via the app for Nanuet pickup. They were filling a huge catering order and unfortunately a sandwich size mistake was noticed AFTER we got home. I called to see if I could get a portion refunded, but due to ordering via the app, that was not an option. Will graciously offered replacement food if we came back to pick it up. He was sweet, understanding and MORE than made up for the mistake. Went above and beyond! He took an annoying customer situation and completely turned it around. “Excellent salad bar and cold food section. Vast selection of beverages, chips and snacks. Hot and cold roll or hero sandwiches made to order, as well as hot food dishes. Staff isn't very friendly, but they are efficient. The deli is next to a medical office building, so parking is tough.Vegetarian options: Excellent salad bar options.“

The seating area is clean and comfortable and spacious. But I already knew all of that… I live around the corner and frequent often. I’m posting today because Noel suggested I try the chipotle cheesesteak, with his recommended preparation. It was phenomenal! “This store is located next to the 6 train. Morrison/Soundview stop. They are open twenty-four hours. Their cold and hot sandwiches are very good. The store is clean. Especially the grill area. When I go back, I'll snap a picture of the menu. They have Lotto, too.“
