“Ate here with my wife for lunch on Tuesday, March 19, 2024. Each plate consisted of three items. I had the garlic fried rice, BBQ stick and picadillo. My wife had the garlic fried rice, BBQ stick and humba. Very delicious and freshly prepared. Will definitely be back!!!“

“In my decades of staying in America, nothing hits food as close to home as what La Parrilla de Manila serves. Their fresh lumpia hits the spot with generous sides of garlic, sauce and peanuts. The Tokwa't baboy reminds me of my days as a kid eating merienda at Via mare. The lengua is very clean, flavorful and tender that it will soften a hangry heart and stomach. The best of all is their sisig. Which is not the Americanized sisiz that most Filipino restaurants server but rather the real ingredients in the exact slices (like how bopis is sliced). Me and my family will definitely come back for more.Staff are great and very professional. I am happy I was able to experience and dine at La Parilla.“

“This place was pretty good, service was not so good. My husband ordered fried milk fish but we ended up finishing the meal without the fish. We ended up cancelling it since we never got it. We also ordered sweet and sour pampano and oxtail sinigang. Both were good but the oxtail sinigang had 1 big oxtail, and 3 small ones. I DONT THINKIT WAS WORTH $28, not worth the price.“

“Yummy!!! I've been wanting to eat here for a while and I'm so happy I finally did. The food was super delicious and filling. It really is comfort food. The space felt very homey too, I loved it. It was nice to see everyone preparing meals through the exposed kitchen. There's clearly a lot of care that goes into cooking hereMenu is extensive so there's something for everyone! The chef helped me with my order so feel free to ask any questions if you're not familiar or just can't decide between all of the tempting options :]“

“Good: lumpia, pork sig sig, leche flanOk: oxtail kare kare, porkbelly in sauce (binakdongan?)Food was solid but nothing stood out. Nothing is served with rice and I feel like it would have improved it greatly. The pork sig sig is meat only which makes it very collagenous and rich. The porkbelly in sauce I'm not 100% sure which item it was and came recommended by the staff. The sauce had lime which was lovely but the porkbelly was a little overcooked and dry and it had very overcooked pieces of liver in it (I wouldn't have minded the liver taste if it wasn't so overcooked and dry)I forgot a picture of the leche flan but it was very firm but creamy and not curdled so props to them. The caramel sauce has what I felt was a orange/citrus flavor which we enjoyedLumpia was good but not as amazing as I had hoped and know it can be.“

“Probably one of the best if not the BEST Filipino food and grocery places that I have ever tried. Being Filipino, I can say I have tried numerous other Filipino restaurants and I do not say this lightly. The food here is top notch and you will NOT be disappointed. Staff are all friendly and kind and patient with me (especially since I am so indecisive!). I definitely recommend their food and the entire establishment. Every time I come there I’m always greeted with a smile and the smell of amazing food always brings me joy. Hopefully you can have the similar if not same experience as me!“

“We only ordered the lechon from here for a banquet. Also lumpia and flan. The price was fair, and the food was great. I have not eaten the other foods so this review does not reflect that. But the people were friendly and the service was terrific.“

“If you're in the area and would like to check out samplings of Philippine style meals, they have many of them here. I enjoyed mine: pork stew in curdled blood (or dinuguan) plus sweet pork cuts (tocino) with rice. This place also offers many other items from the Philippines and so I did some shopping for snack food items. You basically can't eat inside anymore. Everything is to go and so it's better to call before you arrive so they can prepare, as they suggested. I am surprised they have been there for 20 years and so that shows they're doing good.“
