“Highly recommend! Food is delicious and portions are shareable depending on hunger level! Everything was nice and crispy! Ordered french fries, onion rings, and small orders of sweet and spicy wings (10), crispy chicken drumsticks (5) and hot and spicy boneless chicken (about 12 pieces or so). Will definitely be coming back!”

“Poke House in Cranford is a total gem. The food’s fresh, the portions are generous, and the staff is genuinely friendly. I had a salmon poke bowl with avocado and a bunch of toppings it was packed with flavor and super satisfying.
They’ve got more than just poke too. The ramen was surprisingly good, and the shumai hit the spot. The place is casual, clean, and perfect whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or hanging out with friends.
It’s one of those spots you end up telling people about. Great food, chill atmosphere, and prices that make sense. Definitely worth stopping by.”

“Always delicious, always delectable! Every dish I've ever had, which is most of the dinner selections & many for lunch, is absolutely mouth watering. Generous portions of great food for a very reasonable price- what more can you ask for? You can get take out or stay in, where the music always sets the mood for Tex-Mex food. The owner is head chef & really knows how to whip up a satisfying & filling meal. I'm so fortunate this wonderful restaurant is close enough to be a regular!”

“After a tasty round of appetizers including tangy baked Fava beans, creamy smooth hummus, baba ghanoush and crispy on the outside, soft on the inside falafel, we feasted on two lamb dishes, one of which was perfectly grilled, and an order of couscous with vegetables. I still remember today how great everything tasted. Service was friendly and efficient and the decor included lamps and accessories imported from Morocco. Portions were generous and they provide containers for the leftovers. You can only eat so much! Highly recommended.”

“I love coming to Wasai Bistro whenever I’m visiting the east coast. I’ve followed Chef Nelson since his days at Aozora and Wabi Sabi. His food quality, menu options, and value are unmatched in the area. Once you try his food you will understand why he has so many repeat diners. I highly recommend the Mes Reves Roll, Uni and bone marrow ramen, Miso glazed sea bass entree and salmon lover entree but it’s very hard to go wrong with anything Chef Nelson serves. Parking is street parking only but honestly I’ve always had a very easy time finding a spot. BYOB so you can drink what you love.”

“I was introduced to Playa Bowls about a year ago, and it has become my go-to lunch stop. When others want burgers or pizza, Playa Bowls is a perfect healthy alternative to fast food. My go-to order is the Nutella Acai Bowl with chocolate protein.”

“Nothing beats enjoying the sushi at the restaurant but due to the covid pandemic and with an abundance of caution for safety the restaurant is takeout only. Regardless, Mr. Bin's is our "go-to" sushi place. We routinely travel from Union to Cranford because it's that good! The freshness is evident with every bite. The presentation of the sushi is perfect. I miss hanging with Mr. Bin at the restaurant and looking forward that once again. Especially his "special" selections that he surprises me with.”

“ALWAYS delicious - I try to stop here whenever I am in the Cranford area. I’ve been a fan of this Jersey Shore style seafood joint for a couple decades. Fresh, perfectly prepared dishes that always allow the seafood to shine. Fried or broiled flounder and any kind of shrimp are a personal favorite. I always judge a restaurant by it’s side salad and here it’s never an afterthought, fresh and so tasty - they should bottle their house dressing it’s off the chart.”

She is a knowledgeable, accommodating, and above all an excellent boss! Her girls are AMAZING!!! I go every week for my sugar free acai bowls , and the girls make perfect bowls. They are sweet, helpful , and take their job seriously!! They only want to make a perfect product for their customers . Don’t walk !!! RUN to this place!!!! I would never go anywhere else!!! PS They are the only place that makes sugar free bowls!!! DELISH”

“I went with 2 friends on a holiday so it was busy but we had no problems. We were able to get a table inside but it is a little bit small so I wouldn't go on a holiday or weekend again. The pistachio crossiant I had was delicious and so was the cappuccino.”

By well-made I mean you're NOT going to receive food that's drowned in grease, or all mushy like it's been sitting in a steam table for hours.They have a great selection of different styles. All the standard stuff, plus Szechuan and Cantonese specialties. The prices are reasonable. Staff is very nice. I love that when I order delivery, the driver is from the restaurant, not some internet service.I used to think I'd never find good Chinese food in this area, until I tried Hop Hing. “This weekend we celebrated by grandson's 3rd b'day in NYC. This was the 4th or5th event Ligia and her team created for us. Each and every time it exceeds our expectations. From baby showers to numerous large b'day events, the cakes and cookies are showstoppers. Everything not only looks fabulous but tastes amazing.”

“I have been going to Urban Burger since 2020 and it has never disappointed. I have gotten food in the restaurant and ordered to pick up. I get the BYO chicken burger and the chicken has most delicious seasoning on it that I have ever had. Add a fried egg and a tomato on top and you have a delicious sandwich. I also have been ordering the buffalo wings and the sweet thai chili wings and they are a 10/10. My only suggestion is for them to make an in house ranch instead of using a store brand tasing version. Do yourself a favor and visit here!”

“Why is no one talking about the dumplings and wontons?? All the wonton flavor choices are amazing, we get each flavor each time (pan fried). Won Ton soup is good, but the Sweet n Sour soup has room for improvement.”
