“A great place to chill out and not as crazy as other bars, unless the bartenders and the patron's favorite team plays ??. I lived in Cresskill for pretty much all of my life, and I don’t know why I never went here. I wish they had food because the name “Cresskill Tavern” is pretty misleading; other than that, it’s a great place, and so far, I have yet to see any negatives.“

“The food was so so tasty (and I’m not vegetarian - fyi), the space was warm and open (no cramped seating!), and the service was wonderful. Our server was so knowledgeable, made great recommendations, and was overall just kind and personable. Hard not to support such a place. :) Definitely will be back!“

“Came on a Wednesday afterwork. Ordered the Vale Cocktail and Big Apple Cider, both tasty and affordable. Was able to order the Tuna Melt during the Happy Hour time, very hearty sandwich with fries included, would recommend. Later in the night they started a fun game of trivia, no fee to participate, just use your phone to scan the QR code. Would recommend for a chill night with friends or coworkers after work.“

“I love this place. The chipotle chicken sandwich is amazing. The service is excellent. Humble interior, delicious food (try the wake and bake burger that has an egg and a hash brown) and reasonably priced. The servers have a great energy and are quick. As a local, I’d recommend this place to anyone around the area.“

“They do not sell food, beer and wine only. They make a mean frozen sangria! I never have a problem getting a seat and the bartender remembered me! Cool spot.Wheelchair accessibility: You can get into the market, there are no stairs. It might be a little difficult to navigate once inside. The spaces between the different vendors can be narrow.“

“Fun little venue. I went to a show where it wasn't packed, although I've heard it can get very crowded. I liked that I could get up close to the stage and see someone perform who I'd also seen at a very large venue in Philly. I didn't get to try their food, but liked that you can also get food there. There seemed to be ample parking where you didn't have to worry about competing with residents to find a spot. If you're looking for something gimmicky, you won't find that here. Just down a down to earth place where it's the performer who is the draw and who keeps your attention.“

“Came here for brunch and I really loved it! Ordered the American breakfast which came with bacon, eggs, home fries and toast. Was delicious and priced very well. The atmosphere was cute and they even had live music in the other room. The staff is super nice and accommodating.“

“Haven't been here in a while but the experience was pleasant as the last time I was here. Food was great and I must say the corn cheese here was the best I have had. It's more spacious than you would think and they have a basement level available as well. Service was pretty good overall but things can get loud and hectic with the music and crowd, which may impact Service being as attentive. All in all the waitresses and waiters we interacted were ?. They have expanded parking spot and I was glad I didn't have to valet this time around. My one complaint is that the basement seats weren't too comfy for my old back and there was a but of weird smell. Overall a very pleasant spot, and I would def recommend.“

“Perfect place to watch the Yankees game if you are not at Yankee stadium. The Ambience is Yankee team friendly, I almost thought I was in the stadium. Great food and amazing environment and extraordinary service...Definitely looking forward to coming back here“

“Met owner Joe and his Son and staff 1st time I went in and because I was looking for answers about my uncle that I hadn’t seen in a long time but I figured he hung out in this really nice cool looking Irish pub being that he is from Ireland! Joe and his son and staff answered so many questions, and I had a delicious pretzel and drink while they helped me more ways than I can thank them!! I consider them my new Besty‘s and I will be visiting them all the way from Long Island, but it will be the quickest 1 hour ride of my life I hope.lol I took the time last night when I got home after midnight to look at the website, I cannot believe the size of the place and how many people it potentially holds and I’m curious to see this coming Sunday St. Patrick’s Day —I am sure it will be packed to the rafters!! Joe was nice enough to take my phone number and he’s going to be in touch with me for some more personal reasons — but they were very busy and he patiently sat with me for hours -making phone call after phone call to try and locate some of my uncles buddies that might be able to answer some more of my questions!??? “Tommy Fox's Public House in Bergenfield, New Jersey is a cool bar that has that cool Irish pub feel to it. The service was friendly and the customers were pretty friendly here, as well. I did not try any of the food, but it looked to be what you would expect from a bar. This is definitely a cool.place to gather with some friends and overall, I would recommend here.“

“Excellent watering hole! Nice drink variety. Kind and capable, Irish bartenders. Behan's hosts a more mature clientele. One can sit here, enjoy and pint with friends, and/or think a little without all the craziness. Clean bathrooms here along with ample seating, indoors and out. Two thumbs up!“

“Visited this establishment for a post rugby match social hosted by the local club. Plenty of room in the front and the back when you go inside and also space outside to sit down and watch the games. There must have been over 40 of us and there was hardly a wait time for the turnaround for your drinks. The bartenders were friendly and the bar top was kept busy with good pints of Guinness going back and forth. Plenty of parking off Street for your designated drivers.“
