I was seated at what I thought was the best table, right by the window on the side of the bar, and reviewed the simple yet interesting menu. It was hard to choose, but I ordered the salmon. I am reluctant to order salmon unless I am traveling to locations where it is fresh, however, I must say that this was the best salmon I've had in a long time. It was fresh, cooked perfectly, and had subtle flavors. I ordered the old-fashioned, and I'm a bit of a snob about my cocktails, however, this was quite good. The manager greeted at the ordering station and didnt overwhelm me to order my food as this was the first time being there. He asked me if id like any suggestions and we landed on the chicken platter with spicy chickpeas rice and cole slaw. Everything about this bowl was immaculate. The chicken was well seasoned and spiced, the chick peas were tender and savory, and the rice was such a great compliment to the protein. I also ordered their fries because why not!The portion size was generous but not overbearing. They had the mexican coke glass bottles which was a great choice to wash the food down with. I got the brown to top it all off and it was amazing. Chipotle, Qdoba, Halal Guys even have nothing on Juicy Platters. I definitely will be coming back with the family!“
