We had a good time. The service was good. The food was good. It wasn't crowded. Parking is good for this location. The food came out hot and our server did an excellent job.
Don't take the 4 on food as bad. It was very good for a pancake place. I would come here again. Inside was very nice and clean. Breakfast for 2 was 36 dollars, not including tip. Overall, it's a decent place.

This was the first time my wife and I went to this IHOP. Food was good and the service was pleasant as well but I will say their coffee was not that good. It by no means ruined the meal which was very tasty.
