“He is a very nice man. It was my first time in NYC. Reading multiple reviews I walked 7 km from downtown to this place. I was looking around for the name Billy after reaching the spot marked on Google maps. He was a simple guy having a simple kart opposite to the central park. Looking at me he figured out I have come searching for his store. He offered me two hot dogs for the price of one. Trust me, the first street food I tried in NYC... He made it awesome for me... “Finally a new Hot dog place that knows how to cook and serve great dogs. The deep fried Thumanns dog was the one I and my brother in law ordered and was not disappointed. The chili dog's chili had a little bite to it and added to the dog and the Sauerkrautone the kraut was drained before it was put on the dog so roll stayed fresh and fluffy not wet and gummy from drippy kraut. My go to place is Hirams but Dogs and More are already a close second for me. They care and it shows.“
“I tried this place after hearing about it on Instagram. Me and my husband went after the Washington Heights 5K that he participated in. We came a little early because I thought they opened at 10 but then I realized today is Sunday and they open an hour later so we went into Marshalls to kill time. Me and my husband both got juice. Usually when I have fresh juice at another place, most times they are not served cold and refreshing, and this place I had it cold and refreshing how I love it. “Pretty cool concept to have donuts, ice cream, burgers, dogs and fries together. The donuts are like Duck donuts, nothing special. The smashburgers were pretty good, the shakes were really good, and the monster fries were good. The fries could have less special sauce on them. The straws for the shakes don't work well and should be upgraded to a boba type straw because there's chunks of goodness that clog the smaller straws. Seating is limited, everything comes out at different times, parking is tough because it's Hoboken no fault of the business, and it is kiosk ordering which slows the process up. Definitely worth trying. They have only been open a couple months so I'm sure they will work the kinks out.“

“I love this truck because it's independent individuals making quality, fresh, craft food. I actually get a hot dog more often than a sausage hero, but both are very good. They allegedly use a Sabrett's (skinless) dog just like everyone else, but their dogs are far plumper than you find from most other places and they use a Martin's potato roll. And they're grilled, which I prefer to the boiled dogs from the other truck up the street. When I get a sausage hero (which I just got myself in the mood for), I get it topped with marinara sauce. There's only one negative to this truck. They shut down at around 3:30pm each day and I don't think they're ever there on Sundays or holidays. In my perfect world, they'd be there practically 24 hours a day, so if I had a craving at 11pm, I could get my dog or sausage hero. Like everybody else, they've raised prices - dogs are $4 and I think the hero sandwiches are now $12, but still well worth it.“
“Went to a catered event there today. What a fun place! Very comfortable. Absolutely fantastic food!! Huge variety and really cool takes on comfort food. Deconstructed chicken and biscuits, brats in pretzel roll (pigs and a blanket) beautiful salad. I would come back for the food alone! And beautiful cocktails. Sampled espresso martini and cosmos. Both delicious not overly sweet perfectly balanced. Service was seamless. Everything seemed to appear exactly when you wanted it. I will definitely be going there again!!“

I purchased the chicken over rice platter and not only are the flavors rich and savory, but they add on more that most halal carts don't do. “One of the best jersey dogs, you don't find these deep fried hot dogs outside of Jersey. These guys use a natural casing thummans dog. It's a perfect size. Big enough for a big guy to double down on and small enough for the kids and little eaters to fill up on one. They use the old style color coded ordering system but don't worry there's no problem just telling them exactly how you want yours. These guys used to be in Westwood many many years ago. As a rye bread foodie my standard is the old Pecters seeded rye which is still available but now owned by Rockland who coincidentally supplies the Pastrami grill, unfortunately I think they changed the quality. Given that NJ is the hot dog capital of the world (don't deny it), this place is a must, given that it has somehow stayed around since 1937. After 6 it is window service only, so if you want the old counter experience, go before then. Prices are reasonable, the hot dog is pretty good. Next time I will try the combo so I can grab one with cheese.“

The website to order is easy to use & you get a coupon after a certain number of orders. Sometimes when I walk in instead or ordering ahead online, I have the option to order on a tablet next to the register, or stand in line to put my order in. The tablet is a great convenience but I much prefer ordering from the staff at the register because they are outstanding! What a kind and professional team! The only thing I point out here is that the table where we were assigned was totally dirty and full of papers, the lady who did the cleaning work is next to us and seems not to be interested and continued looking at her cell phone. Maybe she was on her lunch break, but after a while she got up and didn't even clean the table, she He saw perfectly well when we had to put aside everything dirty so we could eat. This amazing hot dog truck is keeping it "old school" and is a staple in the community. They use a blend in the franks that they use and it's authentic beef. The mustard that they get is only available for them and nobody else can get it. The sauerkraut and buns are steamed. The chili and the onions are both homemade.
